Great store for decorations, party needs, and seasonal decor!

Great store. You will find everything that you are looking for. Well organize. Everything is well sperated by colors and category. Great staffs. Big store. Didnt except this much from a dollar store.

The staff is not very helpful and also they inflate the balloons too much and they re-burst very easily almost half of them burst just leaving the door! they are also too expensive

Had everything I needed and easy to find

This store has mostly party supplies. They do have lots of assorted candies and random party favors. The store is sorted by color. Got a really cute wooden love sculpture for my bedroom from here. Costed only $5 which is really cheap considering that most stores would have charged way more for such a piece. I will definitely be coming back here for more items.

Its my fault that I waited till the last minute for Halloween, and then went there to shop with my toddler...but the staff here were very helpful. They saw that I had my hands full with a toddler and was kind and patient. And very helpful coming up with alternative, creative ideas for Halloween table cloths that were sold out. I was expecting the trip to be unsuccessful but the staff made it a great experience.

Besides the fact that most of the balloons they have on the wall arent actually in Stock they are way overpriced. The staff is unhelpful and takes forever to do the simplest of tasks.

Just ordered a balloon garland online for delivery, and it was delivered uninflated. Called the store to find out that they do not inflate balloons. Now this is for my wifes surprise bday today and I wont have the time to inflate 70 balloons! They should of called and informed me of this so that I could of went with something else or cancel all together. I ordered all bday items that alone should of given them a hint that it was a bday and have the decency to call the customer and let them know hey we are delivering the balloons uninflated cause we dont do it in store!Customer service goes a long way and this store definitely is far from the definition...

Place has lots of selection, it can be expensive unless you do some math and life hacks to find deals.More staff could help a lot on choosing and finding the deals.There is an isle with color selection for the whole party, plates, forks, cups and so on.There all colors of choose.

Just want to let other shoppers know - they have a no return policy going on now. And The receipt states 30 days.

Love the variety of products in this store. Came in just for 10 for a dollar candy, but watched customer after customer buying balloons. In the 30 minutes we were there, we must have seen a dozen people with balloon orders! Theyre gearing up for Halloween and thats always a great time to shop here for costumes and accessories!

NICE STORE

HAD 2 BRING MYLAR BALLOONS BACK CAUSE THEY DIED IN 2 DAYS WHICH IVE NEVER HEARD OF. THEY USUALLY LAST ME 3 WEEKS TO 2 MONTHS. SO THEY REFILL THE BALLOONS & THEY DIED ONCE AGAIN WAY 2 FAST & THEY WERE LIKE $4.00 A PIECE! THE ONES I GOOD FROM DOLLAR TREE LASTED WAY LONGER!😕👎⭐

Horrible!!!! Besides if the long lines and the waiting time for the balloons. I had to wait another 40 mins because one of the cashier forgot to include 2 of my main balloons. I explained to the manager the situation.......I was brushed off.

My husband paid in advance for 21 balloons on Friday and went to pick them up on Sunday. After he got home he realized that hes 4 balloons short. This is after they counted 21 balloons and sealed them in a named plastic bag together with the receipt. In this heat there was no way that we would go back for 4 balloons. We still have to go back for s refund. Im not even complaining about the lack of abity to serve customers over the phone, they dont know how to count! LOL

Purchased a Christmas custom. The staff was friendly. I asked about the return policy and was told I could return it without opening it. Cant try it on until I open it. They had some pretty decorations.

The place is well stocked but the checkout is way too slow. If you ever visit you must schedule an extra 15 minutes just to stand I line at checkout even if there are only one or two people on line.

It seems that next week theyll have settled all Halloween stuff. Im willing to ser it! Today is August 29th.

All kinds of great discounts the day after Halloween. Bought items to make 2 full costumes. Got $150 dollars worth of items for $80 including makeup and accessories.

Horrible experience. This branch is not close to my house. I drove out to do a return. The lady at the register and the manager were nasty to us had no clue what the store policies were (told us all costumes are final sale, when we got home checked up the policy online and like we thought it said you can return an online order to any location within 30 days). Now have to drive all the way back, get treated like garbage again to do the return. I will never shop at a party city again and you shouldnt if you have any dignity or self worth.

Line was long, employees were not in a hurry to help customers... I left after waiting 5 minutes in line, there were 4 people in front of me when I started in line, 5 minutes later there were two people still in front of me.

The customer service at this location is terrible. The women at the cash registers were rude, unwilling to help, and unprofessional. I purchased a doc mcstuffin balloon at this location, came back with my receipt months later to get it blown up for my daughters birthday party. The girl tells me the balloon had a hole...so I purchased a damaged balloon from them. They were unable to replace it because they had no more. They didn’t want to sell me the display and they did not even attempt to accommodate me in anyway. Then to top it off my receipt that I brought in went missing. Now I can assure you I am 100% sure the cashier never gave it back to me, perhaps it’s was thrown Out as one of the girls suggested. I was able to get my money back without the receipt atleast, only AFTER the young lady told me I couldn’t and she called her boss. Meanwhile this major inconvenience is occurring, the young ladies in the front were talking about their manager and how she kept calling them to make sure they were asking for emails! So instead of worrying about customer emails and telephone numbers to enter into the system, professionalism and customer service should be focused on. I never write reviews but this was a terrible experience. My daughter didn’t get her centerpiece ballon for her party. Will not be returning to this place. I rather drive to New Jersey. Almost forgot one of their cheap latex balloons popped as I walked out to my car! Unbelievable

They have the same old boring things not enough equipment to get stuff done as you normally will custom made everything is online you told so the store purpose of being there is not even valid but off shopping online

Got a Minnie baloon for $10 for my daughters bday, next day take it to the party and it proceeds to fly away as soon as I open the car hatch so I rush over to Party City and explain the situation. They quickly got me a new baloon and did not even charge me. That is 5 star service!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
