Writing this review as the experience we have had with Honda of Nanuet’s service center is less than satisfactory . Paid over $200 to have an alignment and tires installed thinking that a Honda dealership with be trustworthy to do the job with quality and attention to detail .The car came back with a new scratch and damage on all wheels . Manager refused to take responsibility. Serious lack of customer service skills with said manager . Not pleasant to communicate with . The spec sheet printout for the alignment could not be provided . Makes me think it wasn’t even done ….Service advisor was friendly and did what he could .Would avoid this place at all costs . Take your car to a local shop that cares for their quality of work

I was searching for about a month to try and find a Honda but because of Covid everything was either sold out or too expensive. Long story short, I would gladly drive the 40 minutes it took to get there over having to deal with any other dealership. The Sales associate Sandra was the most helpful person and called me as soon as an opportunity came about and the sales person Jeremy was straightforward, helpful and all around a very nice person to do business with in comparison to other car dealers who are rude and are just trying to sell you. Got a beautiful 2022 Honda Civic Sport that I love for a great price. 11/10 overall first time car buying experience with Jeremy and Honda of Nanuet.

Charles Harris is a fantastic salesperson. He has a very cheery disposition and he takes his time explaining everything about the car. He invited me to return so he can explain more because the dealership was closing . When I needed a document from him, he requested it ASAP and sent it to me via email and mail. They are not pushy and the price is absolutely tantalizing - this is coming from a guy who went through 32 dealership before finding this one (Note: I drove 2 hours from LI to get there but well worth it). Mehmet Edipov is also an amazing salesperson that I dealt with @ the premises, he makes preparation of vehicle and finalizing all the paperwork such an ease. Very poor service at service entrance. There were 2 staff workers there. One young and the other was a middle aged man. My issue is with the older male. He was rude, harsh, and unprofessional. He does not make peoplefeel welcome. He did not bother to give me a service slip and I wound up waiting 25 minutes in line while others cut in line. Other staff were too busy on phone to help. I had to speak up and complain. I let the man know I did not appreciate how I was treated and that he did not bother to let me know i needed a service slip to receive service.

Terrible wait time for a standard state inspection. I took the earliest appointment for the day and it was still 3 hours of waiting without any updates from staff along the process. Longest I’ve ever had to wait for an inspection in my life. Awful first experience here and I don’t plan on coming back.

HiI applied to TRUECAR and have got offer from DCH Honda Nanuet to buy my car for 26150 (see attached file)And, I have been in Nanuet Honda today, they checked the car and told me that there are damages which need to be fixed and fixing will cost $1500. I said ok, However, there are no damages, there are some points on the car, but, anyway, I agreed and said ok.They could not find any other reason, then, they said, you know, we can not pay that price, we offer you 22000. When I asked them reason, they could not answer and said that let’s check again.After checking many times, they said that it is not our offer, it is Truecar offer and does not work for us.I want you to know about that, they made this offer only to make me come in, and they tried to buy my car for less price and wasted my time.Thank you.P.S .You can find attached file with their offers and prices, ( first they offered $21500, then raised it to $22000)

I had never visited this dealership before. It was a most pleasant experience. I inquired about a 2017 Accord in a text chat on Friday night and was called Saturday morning to arrange a visit. The first person I encountered there was Joann who couldnt have been nicer. She set me up for a test drive and gave me the time I needed. After that the whole process went smoothly. Never any pressure. She answered any questions i had. My only minor disagreement was the value of my trade which we fairly compromised on. I didnt expect to be leaving that day in my new car but everything was handled smoothly including the finance portion. It was a very busy day there Joann graciously stayed after closing to finalize everything. I told her in the past with new and used purchases I always had the feeling of the dealer got the better of me on the deal. That was not the case here. I was treated fairly and recommend them highly. Frontdesk at service, terrible. They don’t greet at you when you come. They pretend to be didn’t see you when you look at them. They were talking on the phone just don’t help customers right at the front. Took a ticket and waited here for 20 minutes, no body even tried to help. Very disappointed!!!

I want to another Honda dealership and they gave a terrible deal and were not the best to work with. Spent over three hours trying to work out a deal and ended up walking out.The next day went to DCH Honda and worked with Jeremy Carrasquillo. It took no more then 45 minutes to come to an agreement on a new CR-V. Jeremy was so easy to work with, we got a great deal, and if it wasnt for my insurance company being closed, I wouldve been in and out with my old car for the new CR-V in less then 2 hours. Tried to rob me! One tire needed a plug in 2 places and they tried to get me to but 2 new tires for close to $700! Went to your shop and got plug tire for all of $37!!! Go figure!?!

Reasonable deal, great customer service. Thats all I wanted when my previous car was coming off lease - and I couldnt have been more pleased by my experience with DCH and their salesperson, Joann Wehbe. She was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. There was no high pressure, she explained my choices and we didnt need to take forever to reach an agreement.The car I selected wasnt super fancy - an HRV, but it is nice, the technology is current and the price was fair.

We are a retired couple and don’t need two cars anymore, and so we visited a few dealerships to see what we would be offered. Although one can expect a higher price doing a private sale, there are just too many scammers our there when you advertise on craigslist, FB marketplace, etc. We went to a few dealerships, and here is why we were happy with DCH Honda: (1) price: what they offered was not only higher than other dealerships, but nearly matched what we would have asked and expected if we advertised for a private sale; (2) personnel: the sales agent, Carlos, and manager, Darren, were both superior in every way to what we encountered elsewhere: respectful, good humored, patient, intelligent, informative, going the extra mile to make the deal work for us. All this made us realize why this dealership was buzzing with activity while others we visited were quiet by comparison, with few customers. In current lingo, there’s good reason it’s the “go-to” place and we feel so fortunate to have landed there.

I can’t say enough about the Honda dealership in Nanuet. I went in to browse around knowing I hate car shopping. I wasn’t up for playing “Let’s make a Deal, Deal or No Deal” or the “Hard Sale “games that car salesmen / dealerships are known for.I was pleasantly surprised when I was met byJeremy Carrasquillo. A kind, bright, polite & knowledgeable individual. I was instantly put at ease as he was genuinely interested in hearing what it was that I was looking for in a vehicle. How refreshing.!!A few days later I went back and leased a 2021 CRV XL HYBRID . Love it!! The following week I went back and purchased a 2016 Civic for my daughter which Jeremy helped me find.
