This place is terrible. They falsely advertise their food on their website. My husband and I were excited to eat their bagel scramble with bacon because of the photo on their website, which I will include. We were extremely disappointed when we saw the airport quality food they duped us with. First photo is what they advertise. The following are what they served us. My recommendation for Golden Bagel is DON’T BOTHER. Terrible waste of money!

I loved my jalapeno bagel with lox! So happy to have this spot as its a GREAT breakfast spot. They have fun coffees, a nice selection of sandwiches, and delicious bagels. The staff was very efficient, keeping the line moving, and very nice.

The bagels are tough, and when you order the bagel sandwiches the ingredients are barely there so you taste more dough than you do the egg/cheese/bacon/etc. The only good items here are the drinks for me personally, been disappointed too many times by their food items. I usually get a breakfast burrito but even that doesnt hit the spot usually. I tried my best to give this place a shot but I cant waste any more of my money on the bagels/food here. The shakes/coffee drinks are delicious though!

Mmmm...very good food and drinks. The staff work hard so dont feel like theyre being mean they just have a lot of orders to take. Its a very popular spot that locals go to. I recommend the turkey pesto sandwich for lunch and the cranberry orange bagel. The only time when Im not satisfied is when theyre closed! Lol.

Not a great sandwich place, I paid $8 for a 4 inch sandwich and the meat was the cheap processed stuff with a piece of lettuce and 2 sliced of tomato.What really bothered me was the older woman manager training a young blond girl, the whole time she was reprimanding her about the silliest things about customer service the whole time ignoring me and giving me bad customer service.

Best breakfast bagels Ive had in a long time. Their pizza bagel is delicious but you better get them early! Girls that work there are very attentive and polite. Inexpensive, healthy and tasty option in Napa. Would highly recommend

How come nobody does an egg flavored bagel anymore?? My bagel I ordered was just ok. Nothing special, and not much flavor. Fresh squeezed orange juice was good.

Great selection of food and wonderful variety of bagels. Theyre great for bagel sandwiches, or as I do, a couple dozen bagels. This place is a staple for families that live in the area. Special shot out to their cinnamon rolls which I eye every time. The pizza bagel is delicious, but they sometimes put pesto on it, so word of warning it you order it for a picky eater in your family.

Been coming here for years, has always been great. But dont get the jalapeno bagels--those are my favorite and they run out too quickly! :P

Definitely a better alternative than KFC or Mickey Ds next door. Fresh deli meats, and there are at least a dozen bagel choices. Young, attentive staff. Juices, sweet treats, no alcohol.

Heard this place has great bagels... So after ordering and eating the just OK chicken Caesar sandwich on froccocia... I should have listened and got a great bagel instead. Luckily I like food enough to give this place another go.

Always clean with fresh bagels and yummy things to grab quickly. Whether you are grabbing to go or want to sit and relax, this is a great little place!

Their bagels are AMAZING! I eat one almost every day for breakfast. And their spreads are amazing too. Also, their staff is friendly and helpful.

Great little mom & pop joint thats been around a long time with great smoothies and bagels - the pizza bagel is especially good and the asiago bagel is to die for. Service is quick, efficient & friendly, sitting out on the patio is perfect for those sunny weekend mornings!

Great food and service from behind the register staff! The one downfall is the older, short haired woman making smoothies is very rude. She ruined the great experience I was having.

I love this place! Toasted Asiago bagel with garlic chive cream cheese tastes exactly the same as it did when I moved here over 9 yrs ago. Consistency - good quality- this will keep this place going for years to come. Love the locals feel. Once in a while we need a break from the ever increasing tourists. We need them, but its good to go somewhere in Napa knowing nearly everyone there is truly a neighbor. The owner does a great job of keeping the place clean with various marketing signage, without looking cheap or tacky. A++!!!!

Quick and tasty

Wanted to order something healthy like a smoothie. It was way more sugary and unhealthy than the menu made it seem. I asked the staff if I could possibly exchange it for a small juice (I had only taken one sip of the smoothie). The cashier was very rude when I asked her. I honestly was just taking a shot in the dark when seeing if I could exchange it. The manager came over and gave me the whole you get what you pay for speech and was very cold about it too. Most modern food places would be accommodating. Horrible staff.

This place makes real bagels! Nice and chewy. These arent the soft, basically white bread, things that many places sell as bagels these days.

First rule of business, “know your customer”. Second weekend in a row I’ve visited and they are out of plain bagels. PLAIN BAGELS! That’s like a pizza place running out of cheese. Last time I waste my time and go out of my way to be disappointed.
