Thank goodness for The Hub! In Napa for only a couple of days and the brake cable carrier on my super old mountain bike got lost somewhere on the highway between Missouri and CA while the bike was on the back of our camper. Napa Valley Velo didn’t have the part but graciously pointed me in the direction of the Hub. They had the part and fixed it same day so we could stay on schedule! . Very nice about it even though they are super busy. Can’t thank you enough!!

They dont even deserve one star. I ordered a $300 kids bike on Giant bicycles online store for someone in Napa to pick up. They would not give the the bike to them as if it is some super expensive performance bike. They blame Giant for requiring ID etc to be presented but they will sell me the same bike on the phone with a credit card!!! They are stupid for losing a sale. I wouldnt waste my money or time with these people.

Great bike shop with responsive owner, manager and mechanics. Good selection of bikes, Giant is a major brand. They service all makes and types of bikes.

Keith is awesome! Super helpful and explains things in a way you can understand. They carry elite bikes and have a variety of parts on hand.

Napas best bike shop. The staff listen to what customers are asking for and dont try to upsell. They are friendly and pay attention to customer requests. They are very attentive to warranty service.

Such a great shop! These guys are super fair, do great work, and have a great process. I have done business with them several times now and it has always been a pleasure.

This shop has the nicest employees!! We rented bikes with a large group and they were very accommodating. They even labeled the bikes with our names and when a few of us got over tired from biking too far in the heat, they came and rescued us from one of the wineries. We were blown away by their customer service! I would definitely rent from here again.

The guy Seth behind the counter was extraordinarily knowledgeable about the bike I wanted to buy and he answered all of my questions concerning the maintenance and care of my new ride. Keith & the whole group @ the Hub are helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly - FAST. If you need a repair ranging from a tube replacement to a full build (& Ive had them do more than one of these for me), theyre about the most convenient around. And theyll keep at it. I mightve been the first to set up electronic shifting a few years ago & they did a great job, plus the required adjustments once it settled in.

The Hub rebuilt my bike. It was funky from Amazon. They smoothed out all the kinks and then some! Great work!

Went in there with a small problem on my bike the two guys werent doing anything when i went in there and they wouldnt help me with my issues so i decided to go to napa valley bike shop and they immediately helped me when i walked in they fixed my bike up and sent me on my way free of charge the whole thing didnt even take 10 minutes to fix i really dont understand why the hub couldnt help me out
