Very disrespectful. The owner judges people based off their body, making them feel bad about their body. If you want to go somewhere to buy a dress don’t come here, if I could I would rate it 0 stars.
Not going to recommend this place. I bought a wedding dress from here and had issues with the alterations and she didnt clean the dress and the steam of it is not nicely done and when i complained about it she said “ remember you got this for a discount” which she gave the first time we talked and we never really asked for it. She also did’nt assist us well. Hard to communicate with her also.she changes what she says. Disrespectful and rude
Anna is very disrespectful and rude to my fiance, the experience in this store is terrible. All you can feel in the end is regret. I dont recommend this place.
Great place to find wedding gowns and dresses
Amazing boutique!
Simply put, Anna is a miracle worker with alterations. I have gone to her to have two bridesmaid dresses altered, and not only did she do a fantastic job, but she and her daughter made some recommendations for the dresses that ended up being fantastic. They have not only the knowledge, but the skills to back it up to make each dress look like it was made just for you. And now that I am engaged myself, I know exactly where I am going to go!
The extra star here is only because of Olga (who I believe is Annas daughter, very pleasant and polite) and the selection and style of dresses in the shop. I would recommend if you love a dress at this shop, take it somewhere else to be altered. I expected to run into some issues with my wedding planning, but I wasnt prepared for what occurred while I was doing business with this bridal boutique. From the beginning, Anna was unclear with the prices, asking my elderly grandmother how much she thought the dress was before telling us the cost, making the whole payment process feel like I was at a flea market or dealing with someone who was trying to get some extra money. Her record keeping could use work, as she tried to charge me more than once for the alterations and I had to keep reminding her what I had already paid her for. My calls to schedule fittings were unanswered during business hours and many never received a call back. Anna showed up over half an hour late to my first fitting (and 45 minutes after her store was scheduled to open), and then told me I didnt have an appointment after my family and I (both traveling from far away) waited outside since the shop was locked. I was upset and told her that she was late, that I would now be late for my own bridal shower that afternoon, and that someone must have made a mistake since I had definitely spoken to her daughter on the phone and she told me my appointment time. Anna asked if we would like to reschedule instead of apologizing, and said that with my attitude (which I felt was mild considering the situation) maybe we wouldnt be allowed to do it at all. Anna checked her computer first thing upon entering and noted that there was an appointment for me on her calendar (which I guess she doesnt keep up on?). Anna proceeded to say that she didnt know what I wanted her to do since she had already said she was sorry. I informed her that this was the first apology, and that she was acting unprofessionally. She backed off a bit after that, but the challenges kept coming in other ways. I happened to lose some weight between fittings, and Anna tried to charge me for a second dress that was only 2 sizes smaller instead of altering the one I had paid for, which when I bought it she had claimed it was brand new (so why cant you put it back on the floor?) She eventually said that I could get a discount on the new dress and pay a restocking fee for the one I had bought. Considering the situation, I agreed, knowing that she was making a lot of extra money for nothing here. Finally, for my last fitting I received a call the day before telling me I needed to reschedule (and it was only a week until my big day at this point) due to a family emergency. When I did go to my final fitting (the day before the wedding) I noticed that one of the pearls on the back of my dress was loose and dangling. Though it was a small detail, I pointed it out and asked Anna to fix it, which she agreed to do on the spot after telling me that I broke it while unzipping the dress. She was gone for about 2 minutes and apparently sewed my dress shut at the lower part of the zipper making it difficult to put on the day of my wedding. I think that Anna may be more suited to take a step back from the business and let someone else interact with customers. I dont understand how they are basically the only bridal boutique in Napa.
Everyone was so so nice and kind they were very sweet and helped me a lot I would come here again in a heartbeat I loved both of them they were truly the sweetest women ever! Thank you ANNA
Love this place. Mom and daughter work together and good deals.
Its my first time to visit this store. Anna is very nice and helpful. I dont know why other reviews are not good.
So far, I have been pretty disappointed. I was referred here by another local vendor. When I arrived, Miss Anna and her daughter Olga were certainly kind enough. However, every time a person would walk into the store, Anna would stop helping me and go help the new person thereby ignoring me until she was done helping the other guest! I understand good customer service such as a greeting, but it happened on multiple visits and made both me and my bridesmaids feel disrespected. Next, I have left several voice messages, none of which have been returned. I was given a discount if I paid entirely in cash (which I foolishly did in a bridal rush of excitement) but I still worry that the wrong size is being ordered. I will be on their doorstep today since the phone doesnt seem to work. I regret spending my money here.
Best place to get wedding dress
