The guy that runs it, Jag, is really knowledgeable and understands his stuff. I hear him talking about audio and he recommends great product and not any low end stuff.I went there for a tint job on my model Y. He did a great job recommending me the nano ceramic on “every” window. I said every, because I also did my windshield and long single piece panoramic roof. Great product and quality was delivered. Really hands down great tinters there.With nano ceramic 25% front windows and 35% rear and hatch. 50% windshield and roof. I really notice the difference with that product. I don’t feel the heat with the past 115 degree weather on my arm chillen on the door. I just feel the cool ac without it struggling. I have been coming here for about 3 years now and have had 2 personal vehicles done along with multiple friends also having work done and none have had a single issue. Jag only employs the best and the work shows that. If you hate people trying to up-sale an item and charge you insane amounts then you don’t have to worry about that here, Jag only sales you what you are willing to pay for and will even work with you on lowering the cost of something if you really want it. The quality of items offered here is unmatched, even their lowest quality speakers and subs are far superior to what you’ll find elsewhere for a higher price. This place is so customer oriented that by the second visit you’ll feel like you’ve been coming here all your life and you’ve known Jag for years. I was referred to this company by a close friend and I am so happy they did! I was in need of replacing every single speaker in my car. My dealership was unable to service me and there were not a lot of recommended 3rd party options available to me until Audio House. Every single employee I interacted with was super polite, respectful, knowledgeable and professional. They answered all of my questions and gave me a variety of options to choose from and I didnt feel pressured into going with the most expensive option. The window tint service utilizing Solar Gard Quantum HP on my Mercedes-Benz CLS55 AMG came out phenomenal. However my flat tire repair kit was stolen out of the trunk while in possession of this establishment.This should raise an alarm of the kind of business practices that occur at this establishment. I would be VERY cautious. AMERICAN CONSUMERS have the right to be LEERY.I waited until the perfect time to report on this. NOW MORE THAN EVER is the correct time to scope these guys out.Jag, it was nice meeting you and doing the whole ‘pretend’ friendly business relationship, but unfortunately your employee and your demeanor contributed to revealing what REALLY occurs here.I’m sure washing money feels great, for the time being.

Got the Nanotechnology Ceramic Tint, Jag was extremely helpful in helping me pick out which one was the best. Went with 20% on the back windows and 70% on the front. The tint looks amazing and perfect, made the car look like a totally different vehicle. The nano tech is insane at blocking in heat which will be a life saver in the summer. Definitely going to recommend this place!

Jag is awesome but my car has many screws and such missing. I love my stereo system but because my car is older there wasnt much care in the job of installing it.

I was told window tinting would be 1-1.5 hours. After 2.5 hours I came back to find out the status; they had not even started. They told me they were behind and would start on my truck in a half hour and it would take another hour to finish.Over 4 hours for a window tint? When they are the ones that scheduled the appointment time? They should have explained the timing better.Work was good, but the information exchange was not.

After having shopped around extensively, Audio House here in Napa is where I definitely wanted my cars old tint removed and replaced professionally by a much higher grade of work and tint. So, I called Audio House and made an appointment with them, since they are always very busy...and for good reason. On the day that I dropped off my car, I found them to be casual, yet very professional. Their customer service is genuine and caring. They showed me all of the many shades of tint I had to choose from, AND as a caveat, all the tints they use there are first class, so consequently they come with a lifetime warranty. I picked the 5% limo shade, left them my car keys and walked away feeling totally confident. Later, when I arrived to pick up my car, WOW, was I impressed!! The newly tinted windows totally enhanced my cars appearance. What an amazing transformation! You could definitely tell that the windows were done professionally.It is obvious that they pride themselves in their work. Thank you Jag, Cynthia, Brittany and Juan!PS. I came across this place through groupon several years ago. Excellent service work and knowledgeable. Went back again and got my windows tinted with the ceramic tint upgrade. Looks great. And I bought a $250 Sony stereo for $150. Will recommend this place.

The morning crowd takes awhile to get through up to the desk. Expect a very long wait if no one is picking up up. The work is excellent along with their customer service and any follow up info, questions and warranties. Looks like everyone knows thats the place to go!

Dropped car off at 330 came back at 530 still no tinted windows. These people take on 17 apointments at once and NEVER do what they say. Coulda went to fairfield and got it done in less than an hour.

If I could I would give them zero stars!!! BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS!!DO NOT GO TO AUDIO HOUSE!!! I wanted to have a remote start, that I was given for Christmas installed in my car. I spoke with Jag twice before I even brought the car in to make sure they were able to install the model of remote start I was given. He assured me that it would be no problem and cost $100-$300 depending on the time it took. I had my car there at 9:00 am as scheduled and was told it would take about 3 hours. 5 hours later I called to check in and was told that they just realized that the model of remote start I brought in would not work because it wasnt wireless and they needed to order a part to make it work and it could not be finished they same day. THEY HAD INSTALLED THE WHOLE THING BEFORE THEY FIGURED OUT THEY DIDNT HAVE THE CORRECT TOOL??? I had taken a day off of work to have this done and now it cant be finished??!!! Jag told me he was sorry and he could install one of the ones he sells and could have it finished between 5 and 6pm. I was already into him for the labor of installing the one that they couldnt make work so I told him to go ahead. He said he was giving me a break on the price because of the mix up, I dont believe that for one second. And, I specifically asked Jag if the remote start I had brought in was in the same condition so I could return it and he said yes it was. I called at 6pm to check on the car again since I hadnt been called and they said they were just finishing up and I could come get my car. My bill was $445.00 and they just handed me a couple of remotes, they did not explain how they worked until I asked them. I had to ask for the remote start I had brought in. I left and opened the box when I got home and there is no way I can return it!! Wires have been cut and it was a total mess. So in reality I spent $445.00 for him to sell me and install a product of theirs, $240.00 for the day off work and another $250.00 for the remote start that cannot be returned. $935.00 to learn a valuable lesson....DO NOT GO TO AUDIO HOUSE!!! Believe the bad reviews!! I hope I am not correct but I doubt that they would have pulled this with a man. I am so disappointed in the way they operate. I always try to use a local company first but in this case find someone else!!!

True 5 star service on both occasions Ive used them. First they installed a stereo in my 93 Silverado, deducting the diagnostic fee I paid them to try to get the old one to work, which was cool. A few months later I had an electrical issue that shorted out my tail lights and they were able to fix that too! Very happy.

Had 3 different cars outfitted with new stereos. I could not me happier. Had a minor problem with my backup camera they installed. It was fixed immediately in 5 minutes! They do it all, alarms, cameras and any car electronics under the sun.

Audio House Napa is a great place for your car. I recommend this place because I believe Audio House Napa provides the highest technology for my car to have the basics, stereo, gps, and alarm system. Just got my Kenwood stereo system with custom harness. I was thinking about buying everything online but I have such a complex car. I didn’t want to order the wrong parts because I’ve been there done that. I was always told Audio House is knowledgeable when it comes to AUDIO. I went in and Talked to Jag. This guy helped me from A-Z. Spent time with me and helped me choose the perfect CarPlay radio. He also told me about the special harness. I am very happy I went here. Literally the worst experience Ive ever had with a business. I had my windows tinted here.1. They said it would take 2 hours and it took close to 5 hours.2. Without even asking me- they charged me $50 extra to take my back seat out to tint window.3. When I looked in my trunk the day after I got windows tinted, the back of seat trunk liner was completely ripped, nearly in half. They refused to accept that they did it. They offered me $50 back for ripping my trunk up which was more just a slap in my face if you ask me.This place is a no go. I would give zero stars if I could. They are sketchy. The owner hung up on me and refused to do the right thing which wouldve been either pay for my seats to be fixed. DO NOT GET ANYTHING DONE HERE!

Wow these guys were amazing!!We were on a Harley road trip from Vancouver BC to San Fran CA and our new audio system in the Harley was acting up. After 2 days of this we stopped at the audio house in Napa. These guys came outside to greet us and asked how they could help. They asked about our trip and bent over backwards to make sure we were on our way with sound even though they were extremely busy. They helped trouble shoot and let us borrow the tools we needed to fix it also while doing a lot of the work themselves. They Theydid a great job and were amazing! We highly recommend!!

Everyone in audio house was very friendly, found out about them through the charity they did to support Chaz and his family. The work they do is reasonable, excellent and proficient quality. The management supports their local troops and offers great price matching! Will go back to do business!

I purchased a groupon to get my windows tinted here and I was not disappointed in the the end result. The car looks great now, completely changed with having my windows done and I am very happy with the result. I was not the happiest with the amount of time I spent there. Jag worked out a deal with me to have me come back after my first appointment and after the tint had been cut for my windows. Overall it took a lot longer than I expected it to take and between two appointments it was about 4 hours, but one appointment two days before thanksgiving. His store was busy. I would go back without a doubt but I would set up a an appointment and call in before to make sure their schedule fits with mine.Pleased with the service and product provided. I will be going back for other car needs in the future.

Very professional. Went there after visiting three other places. The price was fair and the work was excellent - service was done on-time and so far no bubbles.

A friend of mine suggested this place. After speaking with Jag on the phone I drove out all the way from Daly City to install a new audio system, get my windows tinted, and to noise dampen my car. Even though the place looked very busy with costumers constantly coming in for different services, they were able to finish the work on my car within two days. They did a great job on all aspects that I was changing. Windows are tinted perfectly, the new speakers and subwoofer sound great and there is zero rattling with much less ambient noise in the car now. Jag, knowing I was coming from Daly City, even let me borrow his car to use as my daily driver while my car was in the shop. He will really help you and guide you through all the necessary steps to get your car to look and sound the way you want. Also hes a Niners fan and got some good stories to tell.Overall Im very satisfied with the service I was provided, it was a long trip from Daly City but one that was definitely worth it.

I’ve seen the other bad reviews and don’t believe them at all! Here’s why, my day started off late and they were more than helpful when I also arrived late for my appointment. They got my car right in for my windows to be tinted and didn’t have to wait at all. Additionally, I was surprised to have my car ready just a couple hours later. As for the tint quality, it’s the best I’ve seen on the market. They are definitely better than the shops in Santa Rosa, Sonoma, Sebastopol and Marin!

I just picked up my car from having two window tints replaced (another company installed them many years ago and they warped over time). I let Audio House know several times that they were to only replace two windows, which were obvious (the only two with air bubbles). Although the total cost ended up being a little higher than the initial estimate, I understood as there was additional labor involved (upfront they let me know this could happen depending on how the removal went). Much to my surprise when I picked up the car I found out they replaced five windows (not two) due to a staff communication error. They were calm and quick to state that no additional charge was due from me since it was their error. This was excellent customer service as it could have gone another way. The windows look great and very professional.

I went their with a Groupon I informed them when I called for appointment told them I had 4 door coupon said okay .I went for appointment when I was their told me doesnt include front doors that was extra read fine print I read comments some people were charged extra 100 bucks. This tactics is called SWITCH AND BAIT IT IS ILLEGAL! DONT PATRONIZE!! I will call bbb

Came here to get windows done. Twice so far. First time for a BMW. Second time for an VW sport wagon. Had a bit of a miscommunication but the owner was quick to exaplain what happened and was able to resolve the issue quickly. The tinting quality is top notch and the staff is quick and friendly. Would definitely be back again.

Been back 4 times in 3 weeks and still no resolution for the same radio issues that have existed since the original install 4 years ago. Called again a few days ago and received no return call. Paid a few hundred dollars for an upgraded radio thats not capable of receiving static free reception even from local stations. Jags a nice guy and no doubt means well but resorting to subtly blaming others for AHs ineptitude is in the end not professional or worthy of future business.

Absolutely horrible service. I had my car held hostage for an entire day only to learn that their installer was not available. This was an appointment I made over four weeks ago. Avoid this establishment at all costs. Regrettably they have a monopoly in the Napa Valley and thus are not hurting for business. I will never ever do business with this establishment. EVER! If there was another choice, I would take it. And if there was a way to give this place a negative 5 stars I would do it.
