I have gotten many frames from site for sore eyes. They have a great selection of affordable and designer sunglasses. The service was great and very helpful as I have different prescription strengths in each eye which they accommodated easily. If your looking for a new pair of glass/sunglasses check them out if your in the area.
I had an amazing experience at the store. Excellent customer service! I’ve never worn glasses before so I wasn’t really sure how it would work and was nervous before my visit. But the staff and doctor made me feel right at home and answered all of my questions. I can’t thank them enough! Highly recommended!

I had a very good experience during my visit to Site for Sore Eyes (Napa Valley). They have a great selection of frames and they helped me pick one that complimented my facial structure. After they put the prescription lenses in them, I noticed the height adjustment was a bit off. They insisted they didnt want me walking out of the store unless I was very happy. So, they fixed them for me immediately and even offered me a Starbucks coffee while waiting! Finally, I was quite pleased with the quality of service, workmanship and the frames were very comfortable. They must have also looked good because I received some nice compliments. Will definitely be going back for my next pair.

Bought my first pair of glasses from here as Ive been needing new ones and the process was absolutely lovely. Employees were amazing and provided excellent service, refined eye exam from the doctor, and overall a great experience! Will come back here again for my next eye exam!

Site for Sore Eyes is my go to store for sunglasses and even eyeglasses. I normally use a different location, but I was on a trip in Napa with family and had to purchase new sunglasses after losing mine at a vineyard :( The experience at the Napa location was exceptional. The service, the advice, and most importantly the sympathy the team gave me for losing my sunglasses was really moving. They have a great selection of brands, especially ones I love, and the team is always there to support with recommendations and input. I will continue to go to Site for Sore Eyes and highly recommend anyone in Napa or visiting Napa to visit the store for a pair of new sunglasses or eyeglasses. Thanks Site for Sore Eyes!

Doctor is great. 5 stars for doctor. Rest 1 star. Why, theyre misleading. When I brought my glasses in there and asked for same coatings and warranty which was 2 years lens and frames. I was told, my wife with me heard the same thing. Coatings and warranty is same as your older glasses. 2 years later, went and saw the doctor. Great doctor. Took new prescription. Made it clear to staff again, my wife was there as well. That I wanted the same coatings and warranty as my last pair but paid extra to add darkening to lenses. Now. Still within the 2 year warranty, Im told I only had a 90 warranty. Beware of misleading information to get you to buy glasses. I will never direct anyone to this business going forward. Oh one more thing. When I bought my maui jim . Had my prescription in them. I never received the original lenses back. I use to work for a company and ordered prescription sunglaases. Maui Jims always returned the stock lenes. This location did not return them.
Just gotta say the people working here have to be the nicest in the industry. I am not even a client. I had lost a contact lens and was in a pickle. Im from out of town and I thought I had spares turns out I didnt. Without hesitation they asked to see my current prescription which my wife texted me a picture of it. They found me a set of trail lenses and just gave them to me. I was amazed at the generosity. I had called a few other places and they said i would have to set an appointment and get a exam. I have shopped for glasses for many years at the eyewear centers of medical groups and corporate eye centers in malls. Site For Sore Eyes is still a larger business, a franchise. I shopped at the Napa franchise in the Napa Town Center. I am for now a committed customer to these eyewear experts.The optometrist was wildly friendly; professional and insightful. Even as an adult who has worn corrective lenses most of my life, I felt empowered by his thoughtful explanation of my vision and the technical realities of my vision correction.The selection [of frames] was very extensive, well organized by brand and current. My particular selection--hand made Cuttler and Gross of London--were a unique, ultra-modern and very functional pair.The manager who assisted me, gently steered me towards the most functional yet style appropriate recommendations while being completely sensitive of my specific style and suggestions. I went away with a sense that all of my goals were achieved with my choice.
Over the last few months I have bought three pairs of glasses from them and each time they have broken. They have no ability to repair glasses. Each time they order other pairs and take several weeks to come. The employees don’t seem to care. They seems totally uninterested.
I found the optometrist to be aggressive and peremptory. When my glasses were ready to be picked up, I noticed that the frame was bent, and the lenses had little bubbles on the. A tech did a highly mediocre job of eliminating the problem. Now the lenses are covered with cob web patterns.
