Despite being across the country, Valerie was great to work with when I found a particular wedding ring that I wanted from their store. When the ring was not able to arrive on time before the wedding, she overnight shipped a stock ring that we were able to use for the wedding ceremony to save the day.Overall, she was great to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions that I had. Sadly, none of the staff members were wearing masks. Most stores around the area seem to be adhering to COVID precautions with signs up requiring customers to wear masks, availability of hand sanitizers and staff wearing masks as well. Their lack of adherence came across as ignorance towards customers safety which is quite disappointing for a store selling hands on merchandise.

When I was shopping for an engagement ring, a friend told me about Padis. They helped me through every step of the process, educating me on all of my options and never making me feel pressured to buy. I found the salesman to be knowledgeable, respectful of my budget, and extremely pleasant to work with. In the end, I got a fantastic ring and a very fair price. A lovely selection of designer rings! Ive never seen so many options in the Napa area right on my back yard! Im glad we dont have to travel to the city to show my boyfriend the Tacori mounting I love (the 2644 princess!!!). They had A TON of Pandora charms that Ill get for my bridesmaids too!
