Great sales staff wonderful service people. And I love BBQ options green egg authorized dealer. And the hot tub selection is fantastic

I have had the pleasure of working with Lois and Steve twice now. Each for separate issues on my tiger hot tub. As far as service I will use no one else. Their customer service is outstanding and so is there service. The first time it was such a minor issue Im embarrassed to give details but lets say Steve found it in minutes. To top it off they squeeze me into their busy schedule. You see I was suffer from the effects of chemo and the tub was my life saver. Last week, my jets quit working and one call to Lois and bless her heart Steve would come as soon as he could....that day after a full 10 hours in this heat. He found the problem, tore the tub down but....left the tub so I could at least soak while he repaired the pump. Yesterday Steve had everything ready and as I have gone back to work not til after 5. He came and worked til almost 8:30. What service and it is so very appreciated and also very easy on my pocket book. I will use no others!!!

A solid team of honest and hard working people who care about their customers. Sales, service, and maintenance...they do it all!

I rarely review companies but I could not help myself this time. Run away as fast as you can. This company made us wait four weeks for an appointment and then the day before they were supposed to show up decided that the work was beyond their skill set and canceled the appointment putting us for four weeks behind getting it repaired by a reputable company. Lois could have cared less And the person who was supposed to come and do the service is completely unreliable. Cancelled the appointment as if it was nothing. No apology no remorse just find somebody else to do the work. I highly recommend you do not engage this company for leak detection, service or purchase. You will be disappointed and ultimately you will just be starting all over with a new company. Huge waste of your time.

I had Steve come out to our home in Fairfield on Aug 14 to look into a leak in our hot tub. He told us that he needed to order a part in order to fix the issue and would get back to us the next day. After a week and half, still no word so I called and spoke to another rep who tried to make contact with Steve to no avail but said that he would have Steve call me back. Aug 30 I called them once again and spoke to Lois and asked to check the status of the part, etc; that she would pass the message along to Steve. By Sept 1st, I had had enough of the run around and decided to try another local company.
