Robert is incredible. This cat really knows his stuff, but more importantly he knows enough to be able to interpret what I want with his knowledge. All I can say is wow, Robert is awesome, My strat is playing and sounding great after a full set-up, he picked my guitar apart, i am so happy and cant put down my guitar.
