Workers in the back while we were waiting waited for over 5 mins before someone came out. Once they came out they looked bothered that they had customers before closing. One worker was wearing her mask halfway down. We were not told ahead of time there were only cookies left so every time we ordered an item that wasn’t a cookie we were told rudely “we don’t have that!” After asking for 4 items I asked what do you have left, then we were told only cookies. It would have saved everyone time if we were told they only had cookies. The workers both looked annoyed that we were trying to decide what to choose instead, keeping in mind we were the only customer in there. No line at all and no need to be rushing us. Very poor customer service. Won’t be returning to this location.

Cute local ice cream shop. Theyre specialty is ice cream sandwiches which for about $5 seems to be a really great deal. Toppings are included and quick service and nice music in the place and sitting inside and out. Highly recommended.

Pistachio ice cream was ok, not great (artificial tasting). Disappointedly, the cookies dont sound like theyre made from scratch in house; some cookie flavors were out because they were waiting on a shipment. Ice cream sandwich seemed like a good idea but difficult to implement so it was served in a bowl with cookies on either side.

“We are closing 30 minutes early tonight” was what we were told on a Saturday night. Wonder if their boss knew about that. Will never be back now.

Ordered the waffle instead of the cookie. I did have to wait for the waffle maker to heat up but was worth the wait. The waffle was nice and warm, so taking a warm bite with ice cream was delightful! I also tried the churro flavored ice cream.. The perfect combo if you like sweet!

I noticed something funny whilst eating a CREAM Cookie. It tasted remarkably similar to a AM-PM cookie I had the other day. I was curious, so bought both to compare. THEYRE THE SAME. No difference, at all.Cmon CREAM. Do better!Surely you can make a cookie rather than upselling a gas station one. SAD!

I only say 2 stars because I love ice cream but it was around dinner time and they were out of a lot of ice cream, no brownies, dosants. Chocolate chip cookie was a little bit firm for my liking in an ice cream sandwich. Causing a big mess. Staff was nice and efficient though... sorry guys. Was hoping for more...

They don’t have half the things listed on their menu. There are 3 cookie options, no brownies, and no waffle cone tacos. Why have it on the menu if it isn’t an option in your store?

The milkshake was really good, but that was one of the hardest mini cookies I’ve ever bit into. Almost broke my tooth just taking a bite.

Yesterday at Sunday night my wife and kids decided we wanted ice cream . We live across cream and we decided to try the place, now my wife and I aren’t big big fans of ice cream but when we get amazing service it makes us feel very happy and welcoming . On 6/27/20 around 7:30, we got here . It was a bit packed but we knew it’d be worth the wait . Something that was a bit concerning to me was that there were 3 employees but only one young girl was working and doing the most . After waiting 10 minutes outside we finally got to come in and the ice cream was very good and so was the service . I will surely be coming back soon ! Great place but staff need to be more motivated and not just goof around .

The house was packed with locals to enjoy the game. One seat and he offers to stand so I can sit. Steve is at the bar serving while others serving run around quickly to satisfy their the fans. The food was good, a little salty but still tasty. The playing on the field was tough but thats football. Overall pleasant time. Thanks and thanks for the pie. Very nice touch. Hope to see you all again.

Good ice cream and not very pricey. Every once in a while their ice cream does melt and get refrozen and it can be a bit of a let down on those occasions. Other than that, good spot with a good location.

Long wait but worth it they are letting in 5 customers at one time due to covid19. Stay safe stay 6 feet apart

GREAT tasting mini ice cream sandwich with French Vanilla center. 😆 Chocolate chip cookies were just right. Topped it off with sprinkles of nuts😅 next visit Im trying a cone from their cone tree😁😂

Amazing ice cream and big variety of treats, but extremely slow service and not very friendly considering the long wait time. It was almost as if they were walking knee high through molasses. So slow! I had to wait 15 mins and I was only the third in line, while there were 4 people visible that were working. Seems a bit long considering everything is made, they just have to scoop and put it together.

Great Ice Cream Sandwich choices and excellent service

Ice cream is really good. However slowest service ever! Last two times I have been stood in line for 15 mins and decided to just walk over to the movie theater and get a scoop of ice cream there. Employees move so slow despite the long lines forming out the door. They also seem understaffed.

Came in to carb up prior to the Napa Valley Marathon. Delicious!

Mocha almond was a delicious flavor, especially in the waffle bowl. The scoops are HUGE. So, think twice, before contemplating three scoops.

Twice I went to Cream. Once no vanilla, the 2nd time no hot fudge. I won’t be back.
