Very cute store lots of wine products, California, Napa items. Shirts, earrings, bags, coasters, some snacks. We bought a cute baby shirt that said ‘I’ll take the house white’ and has a picture of a wine glass filled with milk :) :)The only reason I give 4, and NOT 5 stars is because I bought a box of pistachios across the street for $10, but this store sold them for $11 (same brand of course) So that let’s me know they’re marking things up just slightly

Alicia was awesome! Gave us really solid recommendations, very informative, and just a gem to deal with. We used our tasting card a lot and really enjoyed the tasting rooms around town.

Lovely spot to learn more about the town of Napa, pick up a Wine Passport, Napa Olive n Basalmics and sample smaller vineyard offerings. Also has a free restroom. Guides are extremely helpful.

Really nice experience. They have a variety of fine quality products, reasonable prices. Something for everyone.

Just what I needed to help me understand how this tourist thing work?

Not sure why the lady is working in a tourist info center. She was unwelcoming and rude. Luckily I later found a better tourist info center, called the Welcome Center, where I was actually welcomed upon entering. Do yourself a favour and go to that location.

Nice place to get information about napa. But we had the best recommendation at the welcome center a few minutes far away!

They helped get us setup with the wine pass to taste wines around Napa. Thanks ! We had a great time walking through Napa and exploring the wines each place on the tour had to offer.

This is more of a store than a tourist info center, but a good store with lots of cool infused oils and vinegars.

A little bit of everything. For a local is a great place to find Napa Valley things.

The door opened letting a chilled gust of air hit our face, city heat drove us in. The chill came from behind the desk marked information Unwelcome were our questions, unspent was our cash. I can only conclude that the scolding we got was the work of an opiate patient cut off by her doctor. If shes still there a month from now, Ill eat olive pits.

The girl behind the counter was useless. She handed me a map and told me to go the website. When I told her I did that but wanted a little more info. If she represents tourism just get a machine!!

Not really an info center. I walked in hoping for some free maps and some suggestions on wineries to visit. I got little help and all the maps cost money, so basically left empty handed. It was more of a gift shop rather than an info center.
