Great company! Local, family owned, and very friendly. The previous review was slightly inaccurate and doesnt reflect the majority of situations at this company.

We were a long-time customer of P&M Filters, and were always highly satisfied. Prices were competitive, and service/delivery was excellent, 1-3 days at the most. Backorders were almost non-existent.Now that they have become Fox Valley Filters, the relationship has changed. The prices are still reasonable, though price changes seem to occur far more often. What has changed most is their delivery and service. Now when we put in an order, we are experiencing delivery delays of up to three weeks. In fact, as I write this, we have one order that is two days short of a month in delay.Talking to the Inside Sales people is an adventure. Excuses are rampant, though vague. Promises of delivery within another 2-3 days (for a weeks-old order) go unfulfilled.We are a food manufacturing facility, and our filter-changes are on a one-week or two-week basis for almost all of our air handling systems. It has become untenable to depend on Fox Valley Filters to supply our needs; many maintenance jobs are being cancelled due to the lack of filters.Realize that we are just one customer of Fox Vally Filters; your experience may be far better than ours.
