Good place for tires. Customer service always good. Only drawback is you need to make an appointment to have any service done at this location. Apparently they cant hire enough people.

These people always save me money and don’t skimp on quality.The first time I went in they fixed a flat for free that a dealer told me wasn’t fixable (the dealer just wanted to sell me a tire)The second time I went to Mavis only because discount tire is closed on Sundays. I should have just waited anyway. Mavis told me the flat wasn’t fixable and tried to sell me a tire. Discount fixed it up with no problem at all.Would have given 5 stars, but it will quite a bit longer than I was quoted, and they were too understaffed to throw the tire on my car when I picked up the tire. However, I would have happily waited if I wasn’t in a rush.Overall this company is amazing.

Been here a few times and the highest compliment I can give them is — these guys are honest. I have purchased tires there and they provided guidance without pushing. I also took in a tire to be repaired (it seemed like a repair vs replace) and was fully expecting the “it needs to be replaced” response but was pleasantly surprised when they repaired the tire without pushing for a new one. Great place!!

The Naperville location on Route 59 just north of 111th Street is a typically efficient professional courteous and capable Discount Tire like so many others ....this location will become busier now that they have closed the Romeoville location on Weber rd.

Been a loyal customer since 1998 having owned nearly 20 cars over these last 20 or so years Discount Tires management have very little affection to such customers. Just walked into the Discount Tire store today on Rt 59/111th street to have a tire rotation done on the fly offering to drop off the car all day to have it serviced at their convenience. But I was told flatly and rudely by Kevin that they only take vehicles by appointment without even making an eye contact. This is considered as a rude behavior. Hope your Discount Tire regional office on Shuman Drive, Naperville take notice of this employee.Gone are the great employees such as El Guttenberg, Jeff and Ty I have dealt with at the Oswego, Aurora and Bloomington stores over the last so many years.

I just brought in my car due to a metal screw puncturing the tire and as a result it began leaking air. I walked in with no appointment and they were able fix it asap. When I went to pay they mentioned there was no charge and that all they ask is to keep them in mind when purchasing your next set of tires. What great service!! I will definitely use them in the future and have nothing but positive things say about their service. Thank you!!

I had purchased Goodyear tires that were great quality. Unfortunately shortly after my purchase my car engine blew up and I could no longer drive it. I took the tires back to return them for a refund. Due to the fact that it was an unusual situation, I was given a partial refund. However I called Corporate and spoke to John Pleet. He was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation and made sure I got the rest of my money back. I really appreciated that and for that reason I will continue to bring my business here in the future!

Bought a tire last June and I was told if anything goes wrong it will taken care of for no charge on labor and price of tire will be prorated. Guess what they still charged me for the labor. It’s. Big Scam. I wish I could give them negative stars.

Took a flat in to be repaired. They were professional, $20 cheaper than their competitor and they fixed it immediately, while I waited. Will definitely return to them for future tire needs.

I spent $956 on new Pirelli tires at this store. The correct air pressure for my car is 35 front, 45 rear. The photo below shows the incorrect air pressure added by a tech. Unbelievable! Ill never visit this store again.

If I could leave this store with less than one star I would. I ordered some custom rims from this store and they told me that it would take 2 weeks for this particular rim. That was odd but not the problem. The rim they side was coming from California. Ok who do they use for shipping wow. So they took my cell number and told me they would call me when the rims got in. I side ok and left the store. Well needless to say there was no call and I had to call and check myself and when I did they said we called and left you a message. I asked him if you left me a message why im I calling you. But the story gets better. When I was on the phone they didnt even ask me when it would be I was coming to get them installed they were so disinterested. So I get to the store I did get them installed, But this store tried to pull a fast one on me. Something told me to look in the trunk before I left. And sure enough my original OEM rims were not in the trunk. When I asked why. They replied (Oh you want them) I replied why wouldnt I want them theyre mine. you know what they were going to do they were going to sell my old rims. So they put my old rims in my trunk. I also had to inquire about the original OEM lugnuts that were with my original rims. They responded by saying we threw them away. So they had to give me new in box lugnuts. Boy what an ordeal. It was my first and only time at this store I will definitely not be back. The only reason I was at this store because my original store in Romeoville closed recently. I never had a problem there i had been going there for over 10 years. They always made me feel welcome and appreciated. This store in Naperville made me feel like they were doing me a favor by taking my money and absconding with my property. I have always have recommended Discount Tire based off my past experiences but this Naperville has ruined that for me. I will refer all that are interested to read this review. And I will be telling this story to all that will listen. WHAT A SHAME!!!!!!

These guys are amazing. I brought my car here because I had a slow leak in one of my tires. They tested it, found a screw in the tire, got me in right away, and plugged the hole for free. I am a customer for life.Extra bonus, these guys will fill up a tire that is low on air for free. Just pull your car up and theres a guy standing outside filling up tires.

Great service. Walked in for a rotation, and they took care of me in about a half hour after estimating an hour. They take proper covid precautions, having you drive your car in/out of bays to minimize contact, and you can wait in your car until theyre ready to pull your car in. These guys are very knowledgable about their tires and seem genuinely concerned about your satisfaction with your tires.

Had an appointment to get a tire with a nail fixed. They were a bit behind and short handed, so I had to wait a little (not a big deal). The employees were literally running around busting their tails to try get caught up! Despite being busy, everyone was still super friendly and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend for all your tire needs! I know Ill be back when it comes time for new tires. Keep up the great work!

Been using Discount for years. They do let you make appointments online. I showed up for mine early before 5:00pm. Was told it would be done at 5:45 which was accurate.I asked whats the purpose of making appointments if I still have to wait? Difference is without the appointment it would have been 2 hours.

Got some wheels/rims here. Their website is very easy to navigate and choose wheels or tires on.I went into the store and the service was very good. They did not have my rims in stock so they ordered them for me. Once the rims came into their store, they called me to let me know. Then we went back with my car and they installed them. They are very nice and let us look at them carefully to see if we really like them. At this point, you can still change your mind. If they touch the floor and you drive off, then they are yours. No returns.Thankfully, I liked them.After about 100-500 miles of driving on them, bring your car back for them to check the lugs on them to make sure they are tight.

Always great customer service before and after the purchase. Bought 4 new tires last summer at a great price. This year I had 2 nails in both my rear tires. Expecting to pay $350 for new tires, the manager Chuck recommended a repair after inspection. The most mind-blowing part?! It was FREE! Not only that, when I bring my low sports car, they take extra care and time! Thanks again

I dont usually like to make internet reviews, but thought Id give my warning after experience today. My family are repeat customers at this location, weve taken many cars here which they have on our accounts. I previously took my last Challenger here to demount/mount tires, and cost me $80. I came again today with a new Challenger, with the same exact wheels & tires since I swapped them from the last car during trade, and came to demount/mount tires on this car. I stated the previous time I came here it was $80 for this service, and asked that itd be the same price. The desk guy said he could even see that on the account, but that today would be a higher price - $172. I could understand if labor went up a $1 a tire due to rising employment cost, or inflation, but not more than double what was documented the last time. This felt like more of a rip off because Ive taken 3 cars here, and my family has taken many more. I also run a business and definitely know the lesson to not change quoted prices for customers. I ended up going to a dealer of all places and got this done for $80.

HORRIBLE! Called ahead and asked about making an appointment vs. walking in for a tire rotation. Guy tells me the appointments can be deceiving and just come in because he has the staff to get me in.Arrived and waited 20 minutes while the employee casually searches for tires for a guy and talks trucks. The guy in front of me didnt buy the tires and didnt set up a time. I ask about a quick tire rotation. Guys tells me its a 1.5 to 2 hour wait. Wait a second! I could have set up an appointment that would have been an hour sooner. But I was told not to set one up. Employee goes on to tell me they triple and quadruple book their appointments so it really wouldnt have been any faster. Unbelievable. I have purchased 2 sets of tires and wheels from discount. Never really had an issue. Not planning on going back.Before I left I asked, So what is the fastest way to get service? The guy tells me appointment. But he just told me they triple and quadruple their appointments. He tells me to make the appointment and call ahead so I can get priority. Makes no sense. Super disappointed.

Well, I have been having issues with a deficient balancing in this new wheels and tires and I tried several locations and even competition location. I expressed my concerns to the technician and the results are great. Finally after about a year and a half I can see that the wheel is not bouncing badly because of deficient balancing. i am tagging his location for me to go my rotation all the time no matter where I would be coming from. Thank you !!

I believe that I have been going to this location since they opened. I have a long history with discount tire. They earned my business since my first visit. The fact that they dont tend to charge for a tire repair, to me is the most intelligent marketing strategy. They make you feel as if you are friend of the owner? Does that make sense? I have countless examples of their incredible efforts to keep my business. One example is when I needed tires for my sons car who was in college. It was an older vehicle that we didnt want to invest in new tires. They sold me good used tires. I drove them to where my son was staying. The manager from this discount tire gave me the name of the discount tire near my son. And told me to instruct him to call him. He had them install them for free! For those of us with kids in college, we can appreciate that incredible deed. I see the postings regarding wait times. How can you complain when you always see 100% from every installer. These guys run all day long! Screaming back and forth working together on being efficient. Just put your phones down for a minute and use the window they provide, that allows us to see them at work.Discount tire being nationwide has helped me while traveling. In Georgia, Texas, Indiana the list is endless.Thank you Discount tire!

I made an appointment to get my tires rotated at 4:30pm and I was there just under 30 minutes. That was awesome.

The service was very good, went up to them as i had a flat tire. They checked it and it was not repairable so went straight for some recommendation.Like any other saleman they will try and sell you the best or the one which they find the best, which has to be the expensive one. But then they were happy to show the other available options. Found it very reasonable, service was very quick.

First time here. Great experience...repaired my tire, didn’t try to up sell me. Told me my tire life, will need new tires in next year, but all good for today. Both guys I talked to behind the counter were so nice. Definetely recommend it.

Great service and affordable, let me buy road hazard warranty on tires from my new used car in January (tires were under warranty and almost new). Friday had a blowout down Street from there, cost $14 under the road hazard warranty to replace.

Very helpful courteous staff, even though you could tell they were under pressure. They dont try to up sell you on anything, fix your problem and get you out. Ive been going to them for years now. Just a hint always get the warranty for youre tires. If you get a blow out or screw fixed for free. Only downside it can be a bit of a wait sometimes.

Hands down this is the best place to buy tires in the country. They fix flats and do balance/rotations for free, even if the tires on the car arent theirs (probably depending on if you are a previous customer or not).They do price matching, and.....With the road hazard, its the ONLY place that doesnt pro Rate tires, meaning, if youre down to 20% tread life, they replace it for feee if it isnt repairable. Everyone else would only give you 20% off a new tire in that case.Ive bought probably 10-12 sets of tires from them personally and wont go anywhere else

I have to tell you all that this location is one of the best.This is the second time in my life I got caught unprepared to deal with issues with my tires.But the caring and educated staff and the wonderful manager - Steve Smith, who has for the second time came to my aid.No one wants to be in a position where you feel helpless. They allow you to keep your dignity and help you leave with a safe vehicle.They have my loyalty forever.

I got in at 12:40 pm to get one of my tires checked.and the guy checked me in and said itll take couple of hours to fix it. He said itll be done by 2:30pm. I waited waited till 4:10pm and my car was still in the parking lot. Terrible customer service and no one cares. Will stay away from this business. Terrible experience.

Clean and pretty fast service. Was able to order two tires that werent in stock and get them the same day. Was in and out in about 70 minutes. They werent a little belittling on the up sell but you just need to stick to your guns.

The salesmen that work here must be working there part-time from their full time jobs as used car salesmen.I needed two new tires. I thought about it for a bit with this salesman with a British Accent standing near me and I decided to get 4. the tires were 125 a piece with 16 each for installation. so lets say that came out to 500. Lets throw in another 150 for tax and disposal. 650 right? Lets throw in another 50 for their unearned tip. 700? He made my bill come out to over 850. When I objected he said well I can lower it down to 740 me good sir.These guys are crooks, especially the one with the british accent.The other one that says I only have your safety in mind, ask him how much commission he will get for your safety?You drive your car and have been driving it with tires that are less than brand new. Dont let these clowns fool you.

Placed order for tire on Day 1. The store called me later on Day 1 and said the tire was in. I made an appt. for the next day. The appt. only took twenty minutes. Easy, efficient and professional experience the whole way through.Also, most competitive price!Ill use them again.

Its been a day. Wanted to take the opportunity to thank Naperville Discount Tire for going above and beyond tonight. I called their store at 5:40pm to see if I could drive over. I apparently drove over a large nail and could hear hissing, air pressure was low. I couldnt make it there until after 6, which is when they close. They told me, drive on over, we dont want you stranded. Well take care of you. True to their word, Im here getting my tire fixed. Ive always had great service here, and this is just further proof of how amazing they are.

Went here first thing in the morning to get a new tire after I got a flat tire the night before amd everybody was closed. I was in a huge rush but they took care of me very quickly and were understanding of my financial situation; knowing that I am only looking for a cheap option and nothing fancy or a warranty.

Less-than-stellar communication. I had a warranty issue 2 months ago. Ive dealt with 3 different people including the manager. Each time, they have given me a date they will follow up and they have dropped the ball every time. I always have to call proactively to get them to make any progress. The last time I heard from anyone was a month ago and they were supposed to get back to me. Still nothing

I have been buying tires from them since 2000. Best prices and service and the warrantees you just simply cannot beat. I have the credit card and use that for deferred payment without interest and that is a lifesaver.

Another poor experience so I am moving on. For well more than a decade the Naperville Rt 59 Discount Tire store provided me great service. In the past I have been an avid supporter of this store to friends, who use my brother and I as the go-to auto reference guys, and my seven vehicles. Originally I was going to dismiss their actions, but after a few days I am still aggravated and feel it my responsibility to share my experiences with others. As a reference, I have considerable auto experience through my car and motorcycle collecting and racing of over 30 years. In short, a few weeks ago they marred two expensive wheels during a tire change which topped off an insincere interaction with their staff. This stores change seems to be not on an individual basis, but in its culture. This store continues to have some good qualities, but they dont shine through due to other deficiencies. Upon entering the store the personnel is quick with their canned greeting that they will get right with you, but you will soon notice their neglectful actions until they decide its time to sell you something. After 10 minutes in a mostly empty store my most recent experience caused me to leave due to an obvious demonstration that they were going to deal with customers on their own time. Especially in this difficult economic environment I can only hope the owners can right their ship.
