We had work from Captivating Signs done in September 2020 and it was outstanding! After a recent renovation of our staff lobby, we wanted to have our logo displayed and back lit. Captivating Signs quote came in as the best price and the customer service was outstanding!They had to be creative as the sign was backing up to a stairwell but they made it happen and repaired the wall where the electrical elements were installed so it looks untouched. Everyone who sees it is impressed.Timely, consistent and honest communication as well as above-and-beyond work. We would highly recommend them!

I came in excited to print a new project Ive been working on. I was treated very rudeeee. Staff or owner not sure said the price would never be like buying in Amazon (I agree but why even say that) and that he might change price twice after printing if he wanted, gave me a weird smile. This is after he gave me a very high price to start.Find it very hard to work or give work to people like this.I read reviews and was very happy to work with but this made me write a review.

I reached out on a Sunday afternoon and was ableto get decals for my truck the very next day,by noon. Also installed. Pretty quick and efficient work. The owner also throw in a couple on numbers I ask for last minute on the house. First time experience with this type of work. So far so good.

We needed a sign for a Physical Therapy Clinic in Rockford Illinois and I had done a lot of research to try and find a contractor that would do it for a reasonable price and with a level of professionalism that I demand. I called over 8 contractors many of them were over-priced, was not able to go out to Rockford, and worst of all were horrible at communicating back to me, especially when I had contacted them several times asking for a quote. Atul, was always responsive and kept to his word. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a quality sign at a reasonable price. His associate John was also very good and made some suggestions that actually made the sign more clearer and easy to read. All in all, excellent staff and service from Captivating Signs.
