Been using Midwest since way back when it was known as Wilson wholesale. Great staff, very knowledgeable, and of someone isnt sure about a question they simple look around because its almost guaranteed that someone on staff will know the answer.

Google said they are open on Saturday at 0700, but they werent.

They are so slow. I had to wait a couple hours to get my truck unloaded. Even if I was 1st there, no one in front of me after checking in, they didn’t care. They don’t look at you till after they finish with their truck, no matter who is 1st in line, no appt. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I am very disappointed with this company. They delivered shingles for our townhouse in May and the delivery truck damaged both mine and my neighbors driveways and paver stones.The driver lied and denied doing it, but it was too obvious for the company to defend his lie.We have a very short, 1 car length driveway. They damaged 2 of the three slabs (for both me and my neighbor) and said they’ll just fix the ones they broke...so our driveway will look like garbage-if they ever do indeed fix them. We are still waiting and it’s mid October. They ruined my driveway, there are broken pieces everywhere that I constantly have to sweep so my kids don’t get impaled, and there are huge gaps that my kids trip on all the time. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY. I couldn’t be more disappointed with how they have (not even yet!) handled this situation.Horrible, horrible, horrible. Terrible customer service.
