The Range Rover Evoque is my realistic dream car (Audi R8 is the unrealistic/unattainable dream car). I had a different 2-door Evoque a few years back but had to eventually get rid of it due to high payments from negative equity from my previous car. I missed it so dang much and ended up finding another 2-door (a little surprising as they dont even make the 2-doors anymore) at the Naperville LR back in April. I was ecstatic to get my dream car back. Unfortunately, my experience with the Naperville LR did not start out great. In fact, I was preparing to write a terrible review of them online. However, Joe (the GM), and his team went above & beyond to make things right. I wont get into all the details but I needed to have my windshield replaced on the Evoque and there had been a ton of back and forth through emails with multiple different people over the past few months (I live in Madison, WI). Joe & his team really went the extra mile (pun intended) and I am now a super happy & satisfied customer. I went from not wanting to recommend this place at all to making sure I get the word out that they really do care about their customers and their happiness. The little things are also important to me and them leaving a Range Rover hat and thermos for me in my car when they brought it back was a really nice touch. Special shout-out to Kevin and William--the drivers who drove my car down to IL and back--they were incredibly friendly, personable, and professional. The team also did an amazing job cleaning her--I had a ton of bugs stuck to my grill that I couldnt get off and she looks good as new now. Thank you so much for turning my car-buying experience around and doing all the right things & then some. I really appreciate it. I would highly recommend the Naperville, IL Land Rover dealership to anyone interested in any of their vehicles. And, for anyone out there on the fence about an Evoque specifically, BUY IT. Its such an amazing, fun, and incredibly stylish car. I get compliments on it all the time. I dont ever want to drive anything else. Unless one day Land Rover makes an electric version of the Evoque (fingers crossed!).

I am not the type to write bad reviews, but these guys are definitely not reasonable or fair. I just purchased a 2014 Ford F-150 from them and had an independent shop (that I trust and have been using for years) do an inspection on the vehicle. The shop highly suggests that I return the vehicle because it is in suspect condition. There are used parts installed, oil leaks at multiple locations, and numerous other issues. I am aware that this is a used vehicle and repairs will be needed, but I received an estimate of $7,000. I reached out to the dealership to bring these items to their attention and they pretty much told me to fly a kite.

I visited Jaguar of Naperville to test drive and, as it turned out, to buy a Jaguar XF. I received great service from Nick. He was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. We managed to get through the whole process of buying the car and arranging the transfer of my trade-in very speedily. Nick was able to answer all my questions about the car on the day. I had a question the day after I bought it so I emailed him and he responded within 5 minutes. All round great service.

Purchased a Land Rover Discovery from this location in March of this year. 6 months later, the engine went out while I was driving on the highway. Now, they’re refusing to honor my extended warranty. This dealership and the warranty company they’re partnered with are SCAMMERS.

If I could give them a zero I would! My wife found a car, price was negotiated and and after trying to apply for financing through their website 6 times we were faxed an application. We had contacted Chase to handle the financing, Chase instructed us they werent on their list however the dealer said they were. My wife instructed them to only pull credit on Chase but they also pulled Wells Fargo. Not happy.Decided to pick up the car later on that afternoon. We were told car was ready to be picked up. We headed over to pick up the car and were told that there is only 1 key and to purchase a new one was over $400. Please tell me who sells a car with one key. We kept going back and forth with the salesman they offered us money (not the cost) and said we would wait for the key after purchasing the car. We never heard back. My wife texted this morning for an update. Never heard anything until 2pm saying car was sold. Dont waste your time at this place they are dishonest and a joke.

I didnt leave with the WOW feeling Ive become accustomed to at dealerships. That doesnt mean the service wasnt good. It was a direct & standard interaction. I reserved a test drive for the vehicle I desired with intent to purchase if I liked it. I was putting finishing touches on securing my financing to come to table prepared to purchase. I told my customer service sales rep Bill B this out the gate. Im a serious buyer, I wont waste either of our time. When Ive said this in the past, its music to the ears. There were a few slight hiccups, on Bills end. So slight they dont bother a mention. However, not slight enough that they didnt make an impression on my experience or review. (Again, I am use to top notch service when it comes to dealing with my car baby. Check the reviews.)Id sum my experience up as neutral. It wasnt the best Ive experienced, but it certainly wasnt my worst. Right in the middle with getting the job done. Kudos to Bill for throwing in a couple of nice keychains at the close of my purchase. Id told him keychains were my thing. Pre-Owned Mgr Tommy Pililimis came out to congratulate me on my new vehicle purchase and even threw in a Jaguar ink pen (my hubbys thing). Thats the energy that was missing. All in all, I am a part of the Patrick family now and I look forward to nothing but great interactions & service.

SalesI had a bad experience asking for the availability of a vehicle here, which I found you have to give your first born and all future offspring just to ask.It was so bad I ended up driving an hour to buy it at another, gladly paying for for it.ServiceI have to get windshield wipers for another vehicle, which you can only buy direct. Easy enough, nope.I walked it and walked around because there is no signage for anything. I was then pointed to a confusing array of doors. I walked in to the first door I saw, and asked for service. No response just stared at me like I, how dare I ask. He said, pull in. “To what?” There we’re just more doors. I look up, “ service manager”. They must have misspelled something because there was no service here.Needless to say, windshield wipers are too much of an effort at this place, so they asked me to come back next week. FOR WINDSHIELD WIPERS! Imagine if I had a bigger problem.We only buy Land Rovers so it looks like we’ll be making an hour drive for any purchase and maintenance even though there’s a dealership 10 min from my house.

This is our third vehicle form Land Rover Naperville and my extended family has purchased at least 10 cars over the years from the Patrick dealership family. The great thing about Patrick is that you deal with the same people running the dealership year after year. I walked into Land Rover of Naperville after living in the city of Chicago for 20 years and was used to the service there. I was introduced to Bill Benjamin as I came in to check a 2017 RRS HSE with 27K miles on it, which was on their website (no CPO), unfortunately it had been sold the day before. Bill did me a favor, a 2017 RRS HSE with 20K miles had just come in a few days before and was not on the website yet. I could not test drive it or even look inside as it was in maintenance and on a lift with no tires. Bill was knowledgeable and honest about the vehicle and even pointed out cosmetic defects that I did not see that needed tending do. I walked away with the same vehicle I was looking at the day before but a better RRS which included 2 years CPO with an additional 3rd option which I picked up and less miles on it than the one I was looking at the day before. After having RRS SC for 16+ years, the service was great - I found some minor issues after I picked up the vehicle and Bill said he would take care of it. Kudos to Bill and Patrick Land Rover in Naps. Ask for Bill B. when you get there.

My experience at Landrover Service with Matt Herzog could not be better. I wish I could give more stars.If you’re worried about getting a zillion things thrown on your tab, stop right here. Matt is always honest about what is and isn’t wrong with your car. I just take my car right to him because I trust him completely.Matt has his service team check everything to put you at ease. He is super friendly, very thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. He also has an upbeat personality and is great at providing solutions.I’m on my fourth Landrover and there will be a fifth because of the exceptional treatment by service. I’m not worried about needing repairs because I trust the service team and they always take wonderful care of customers.

Came here after visiting several other dealerships (including other Land Rover/Jaguar dealerships) just with the intention of scoping out their inventory. Ended up talking to Kyle and test drove a few cars and ultimately ended up leaving with one that day. I contacted a Patrick dealership to purchase a Land Rover back in January 2021. I spoke to a Katie Kubalewski who then transfer me to a salesperson Roy Smith. I told him I was shopping for the best price on a 2020 Land Rover Defender. He priced one out for me and I told him he was about $2,000 higher than another Land Rover dealership for the exact same car that had same options. He said that was the best he could do which I said “ok, thanks for your time”.A few weeks went by and I haven’t pulled the trigger yet on my new purchase. I started to receive emails from Roy Smith that stated “ While youre still deciding, I thought Id sweeten the deal (without you asking) and let you know that we just lowered the price on the 2020 Land Rover Defender you originally were interested in”. I thought just a typical email to try and earn my business but then I received a phone from Katie Kubalewski who asked if I purchased the Land Rover yet, and stated, it yet. She continued to tell me Patrick of Naperville dropped the price on the exact vehicle that I was interested in. I said OK great what is the new price? She transferred me to Roy Smith the same salesperson who gave me pricing weeks earlier. After about two minutes of listening to Roy talk about the dealership which I’m sure is protocol, he started talking about the same Land rover that I was interested which was still in inventory. He gave me the same exact price he gave me three weeks prior. He continued to tell me that it was a great deal and if I wanted to come in today to purchase. I told him Katie called me and said you guys dropped the price and this is why we are talking. I continued to ask why did your dealership contact me stating you dropped the price? I asked another question, how many miles are on car now? He said about 1,200 miles because it was being used as a loaner when customers cars were being worked on. I said let me get this straight, you guys call me up, tell me you dropped the price on the same car I was interested in before, the price is the same but now with 1,200 miles on it and probably driven by 15 people?I would not purchase a car from a Patrick dealership. Their sales tactics our typical of a used car dealership plus their pricing is much higher than 2 other dealers I received quotes from. Roy and Katie from Patrick of Naperville completely wasted my time.

I am late with my review as I know have had my 2021 Range Rover LWB for over a month now - and it’s Amazing! A Rover will sell itself all day long but the Service will make the sale and Matt Laxton is by far the best salesman I have worked with! I work long hours and just didn’t have the time for a long drawn out car buying process, Matt worked directly with me and my schedule making the transaction smooth and painless. I knew I wanted the LWB for the extra room, but he took the time show me so many other additional features I didn’t even know the car had. If you’re looking for a car go here and see Matt! Scheduled my yearly maintenance today, on a Saturday morning At 9am and dropped off my Land Rover keys and a note to have them update some of the software on Friday night in the after hours key drop. I needed a ride home with my work schedule and it was easier to do the evening before. Left them a note and my cell number for when it was done. The service center is open until until 4pm. Never heard from them, so about 2:15pm I called service and asked the customer service person if my car was ready? He said he would talk to Matt the service manager and I would get a call back. No one called. 3:20pm, called again and got 2 customer service people (kept getting transferred) until I was sent to Matt, the service managers voice mail. Left another message asking if my car is ready? No response. Left to get my car because they are closed on Sunday and I work. I need my car, which is why I scheduled on a Saturday. Got a call from Matt at 3:40pm that they just started the software update. I told him I’m already on my way to pick up my car before the service department closes and I’m stuck with no car. When I got there “it’s in the car wash”. Had to sit and wait 20 minutes. The porter asked if I was waiting on my car and handed me the keys. I went to pay, and the cashier said there was no paperwork so there is no charge. I Went to get in my car and saw last years maintenance sticker still on the window. I walked in to Matt H’s office and asked if the service was completed on my car and his response we “we did not service your car”. No explanation, no I’m so sorry, no we made a mistake. Nothing. So I dropped off my car the night before, they had 8 hours to complete the annual service that I made an appointment for, and the service department simply forgot to do anything with my car. Who does that? How disorganized can you get? What happened to accountability? That was the worst car service experience I have ever had. No sorry, no we will make this right, nothing but here’s your car back. I will never go back to this place because I do not have any trust in them. Why would I even consider buying a new Land Rover here knowing how poorly run their service department is. Too many other dealers have glowing reviews, especially from what I thought was a luxury dealership. So now I have to find another place to take my Land Rover for service. Don’t go here. It’s that bad.Edit: Sent all the info as requested below to the person from Patrick and and almost 1 year later, never heard anything from anyone.

Took my Discovery in for service somebody was supposed to call me to let me know it was ready well nobody did I thought well maybe they didn’t get to it so I waited next day and still no call so I decided to call like around 4pm and they tell me is ready ok I go get my Discovery and paperwork says it was ready the same day I took it in they were done @ 11:30am so if I didn’t call to get an update, how long would it take them to call me and let me know it was ready. Was looking to buy a new car. Called in the morning to confirm it was available and set up an appointment time to test drive it. Informed them I was coming from 2.5 hours away and may be there a little earlier. They said that was fine. We arrived and spoke to a salesman who informed us that the car had just been sold prior to our arrival. There was no offer to show us other vehicles, just a sorry for your luck. So we drove the the landrover dealer in Schaumberg and purchased from them. So glad I didnt buy from the Naperville dealership.

The dealership never offered me to do a trade instead they give me a $1000 for a car that I’ve paid 53K. Back in 2013 I purchased a Range Rover from this dealership. Took it to service recently to see why I was having mechanical problems, I was told the turbo is gone needs to be replace besides other mechanical problems. The cost to repair would be in the $8000 range. My Evoque only had 128 thousands miles.Is this the quality that Rover Rover brags about and the service their dealership provide. The management in this dealership is awful and the quality of the RR is not what it worship to be.

I was in the market for a used SUV, I contacted two dealers in the area and had the typical car dealer experience (rigid, high-pressure BS) I saw a reasonably priced vehicle on the Land Rover of Naperville website. Hesitantly drove out to the dreaded dealership to speak to the salesman. Much to my surprise, my experience was to date, the best dealership experience Ive ever had (Ive had several). Jeremiah M. was extremely knowledgeable, polite, respectful and just a genuinely great person. My wife and I were in the market for a new SUV and we decided to stop by Land Rover of Naperville to learn more about the Land Rover brand. I admit this wasnt even on our radar screen and neither one of us ever thought this should be a brand wed consider. We were met by Kyle Esler, and he answered all our questions as to the Land Rover line up and features/benefits of each model. As we narrowed down our choices, we ended up test driving one of their vehicles and we left very impressed overall. To make a long story short, we returned 2 days later and worked with Kyle to close a deal on a brand new 2019 Discovery Sport! We drove it home that evening and have been loving it ever since. Kyle was great to work with, and overall we feel great about the whole experience at Land Rover of Naperville.

We recently bought a Range Rover Evoque from Patrick Land Rover. After shopping around since November, we knew we found the right dealership. Our sales Rep Dan Bryce keep in contact with me and followed up quickly with any questions. With our budget we thought we could not afford the Evoque we wanted. When Dan expressed our concerns, Jeff his sales manager asked us what payment we needed to be at. He somehow got us down to the same lease we where paying for a $8000 cheaper Ford Edge Sport. Jeff and Dan took care of us like we were part of the his family, very honest and sincere. They even helped us buy out our Ford lease 3 months early. What really impressed me was Jeff said I want you to be happy with your purchase and I will make sure you leave a happy customer: We did! Eric in finance was great to deal with and made the financial process very smooth while not trying to hide anything from you. He showed us real numbers, not inflated rates and numbers changing like other dealerships. I got a tour of the service shop and meet Matt Herzog, who was great in getting me pricing for aftermarket Land Rover accessories. Dan Fazil showed use how to use all the great features of the Evoque, set up our phones, and the Apps on our phones. He even gave us his cell number and told use to call him anytime. Of course, we did the next day on a Sunday. He answered and helped us with our infotainment system and even offered to come to our house! The team at Patrick Land Rover/Jaguar made us feel like we are part of their family. Best car buying experience we have ever had. I can not wait until the update the Range Rovers in 2020, we will be the first in the door to buy a car from them. Do not purchase your car from this dealership. The experience you are going to get is akin to going to a sleazy used car dealership. It’s quite a shame considering that they get to use the Landrover name.I typically buy from the Motorwerks family in Barrington. This time I deviated due to what I thought was a good deal, but I should have known that was a trap. The whole sale took my entire day as expected, however after the completing the deal the nightmare started. I would like to mention before I dive deeper into my horrendous experience we purchased all the “warranties, protection plans, and coverages that they offered.The first problem started when they over promised and under delivered. We were supposed to leave with two key FOBs and “red carpet door to door repair service but while making our way out the door, we were told no second key FOB was available, the car was not washed and cleaned because no one was available and they didn’t have Range Rover floor mats in the car as promised with our deal. We were told to rest assured that they will take out MY old Range Rovers mats which I just traded in and LET me keep them and we would get one key FOB hand delivered the next day. The next day, the next week, the next month all came and went with me making multiple phone calls and text messages, however I received no meaningful response. They made excuse after excuse, including Covid (bear in mind Covid came after my original purchase date) but offered no real resolution. If this seems minuscule it’s because it is compared to the real nightmare I’m currently dealing with. Come August 2020, my cars windshield developed a small chip the size of less than a grain of rice. I called immediately to report it to the dealership, as they knew I had purchased the select protection plan through Zurich. Let’s start- I reported it in August, my first two calls went unheard and then the receptionist took a message. Finally, couple weeks in I made contact with a service member. I went on to describe the claim, and he said he would take care of it and we spoke about the protection plan and the fact that I still did not have they key. So I thought at this point, in dealing with reputable dealerships like Motorwerks this issue would be taken care of and the proper arrangements would be made. I offered to bring in my car or for them to pick it up but they said due to COVID they had limited availability and they would let me know when they are ready. Another month went by, no communication. I called again Unsure at this point how they knew I even needed a new windshield since NO ONE had even cared to even look at it or allowed me to drop off the car. The chip is extending into a crack- so I called again no answer, no one was courteous enough to explain what we are actually waiting for! Finally the crack is now extending down and now I am worried for my safety of the glass completely breaking. This time I called to figure out when I should expect whatever it is that I was waiting for and why are my concerns not being taken seriously, it’s been months. I called again asking for a manager only then I was given a time of October to actually get in car in to be assessed. They picked up my car in October, and they have the audacity to tell me that they will be charging me for my windshield since it’s not a chip but a crack which is not covered in my policy! The plan I purchased only covers repair and not replacement.I spoke to multiple managers after waiting many days for a call back, and they had no excuses as to why it took them almost four months to assess my car, why they lied to me and told me they ordered a windshield without assessing my car. Thereafter their solution was to have me claim it on my insurance and raise my premiums so I can cover their mistakes and crooked behavior. Then today the service manager Tony calls me to tell me my car is ready to pick up, and when I asked if we came to a solution to repair my windshield he mockingly laughed and said they will not cover and to pick up my car! Real red carpet service!

I’ve been other places BUT this place is my absolutely favorite! Great service, friendly staff and amazing cars! I got help by few people, all of them were amazing. Bill the sales advisor made everything possible with help of managers Phil and Sammy the finance manager I got to drive a pre owned car as good as brand new home on the same day!!!! All of their used cars are in wonderful care and condition because the used cars’ manager Tommy keeps an eye on them. Overall the place is highly recommended!

Naperville Range was an excellent experience! I personally worked with Chris Peterson and he helped me step by step to do an inspection and extended warranty on my 2015 Range. I purchased the 2015 Range Rover extended base from an unaffiliated dealership and Chris treated me as if I had purchased it from him. They gave me the most comprehensive warranty for the best price by far out of 3 Range Rover dealerships. I highly recommend working with Chris Peterson if you are in the market for a new vehicle or even an after market warranty. 5 Stars!!
