I had a rather unusual incident happen with my glasses: the screw fell out where the butt-strap meets the temple. I didnt notice this until I removed my glasses and one of them went flying across the room! I called Farnsworth simply because it was close to my job. Betsy was amazing!! She told me that 1) it wouldnt be a problem to fix them 2) they were closing at 2 on Saturday (I called at 1:53!) When I arrived, she greeted me with a smile, took my glasses and within 5 minutes, I was leaving their shop VERY grateful and happy. I would easily recommend Farnsworth EyeCare to my friends and coworkers!

I have been using Dr. Frank Vergara and I think he is great however, once he went under Soleil Eye Care my opinion changed. The doctor is still great but the administration is NOT! I had a tight schedule being I was going on my lunch break and my appointment was set for 11 am, which I was not seen until 11:20 am. If they know the doctor does not come in until 11 am they should not start booking appointments for that time. Once the exam was done I ordered frames from them and went to order my contacts elsewhere due to their cost. When the contact place called to get an updated prescription they were told that the prescription was the same, which I was just told by the doctor that my right eye changed. When I told the admin person that they then stated well just because your lens prescription changed doesnt mean your contact prescription did. I dont know how that logically made sense to them?? Needless to say since the doctor only works three times a week I have yet been able to order the contacts I need. As much as I love the doctor and as long as I have been seeing him I am going to look for a new eye doctor immediately!

I called and asked if they took my insurance they said yes. I had to reschedule many things to make it there the days they told me and took the appt. only to show up and they tell me they do not take my insurance. Who is the moron who answered the phone? make sure to get a name when you call and ask more than once to double check insurance!.
