Poor delivery and bad estimation. We were left with 5 extra boxes of tile for a 150 Sqft job. We did not get a pattern because the 12x24 tiles were actually 12x 24 1/8 but we were still charged a premium for pattern installation. The installers left a mess and scraped the tile glue off on the hand rail of my house (see in picture).Overall, they charge a premium for perceived better quality but we did not experience that. I would not recommend buying product or services from FCA

We used FCA kitchen and bath to order flooring that we needed day-of, and they could not have been more helpful. We worked with Whitney, and she made sure we received what we needed in a timely manner. If we need flooring in the future we will be returning to work with them.

They gave away carpet remnants to teachers. Thank you!!!
