I recently completed my PADI certification and open water dives at Haigh Quarry and I wanted to thank the Below H2O staff, especially Dave, Eric, and Julia who was there through the entire process. All the instructors are extremely patient when training. I highly recommend this dive center for anyone looking into getting their certification.

I walked in looking for a pair of swimming goggles. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Dave and he helped me out pick one pair of swimming goggles. I was in and out of the store in less than 2 minutes and he also gave me an additional 10% discount which was awesome. Thanks, Dave. I recommend this place 🥳

My review is in regards to the retail portion of the business (not dive courses). Good selection of gear. Nice interaction with the employee that helped me. But I’m giving 3 stars because they do not offer refunds on gear purchased with a card.I bought goggles, walked out the door for less than 30 seconds, turned around and tried to return what I just bought (obviously unopened). They would not refund the purchase to my debit card and only offered store credit. That’s absurd. A part of owning ANY business is accepting returns. It’s a very scummy and cheap policy. If you want to survive as a small local business you have to offer exceptional customer service. Below H2O clearly doesn’t understand that concept.At the very least, plaster signs everywhere that you only give store credit as returns and verbally warn customers.

Outstanding service from a professional team who really knows their products. I have to admit I was outdated with the latest regulators, dive computers, etc... but their staff was very humble in both updating me with new features and what products best fit my needs.

Dave was awesome. He was able to work around my schedule to get me certified. Very pragmatic and educational. I would highly recommend H2O Below for classes.

I was very impressed with this dive shop. First of all the facility was very nice and fresh looking. With their own heated indoor pool and extremely flexible classes I dont see a reason to go anywhere else. The staff and training instructors were very friendly. Below H2o had the best selection of scuba equipment that I have ever seen. Tons of equipment to choose from and they have all the different colors in stock.

Excellent dive shop with a decent amount of merchandise and a very good education program. David is a skilled instructor.

Excellent staff and service! Dave and Gary are friendly and have been very helpful to us as new divers with equipment and training recommendations. The family attended 4 sessions, completed the open water certification with Below H2O and are very happy - would highly recommend to anyone who wants to start or continue their underwater experience!

I received my Open Water Certification and Advanced Open Water Certification through them. Special thanks to Dan who was my Open Water Instructor and Andrew who was my Advanced Open Water Instructor. They have plenty of good advice for things they notice and for questions that students would ask.

Went here to get my Scuba Pro mask warranty work completed. I did not buy the mask here but the staff nevertheless sent in the mask in for repair. The staff called me promptly when the mask came back. I would return for equipment or classes.

My wife purchased a mask and strap a few weeks ago before a trip. When she got home we found out the strap had a manufacturers defect and could not be used as the connecting clip was sewn in the strap in reverse. She went into exchange it, but was given grief about how there was no way there could be such an issue. When the clerk finally took a minute to review the situation, he saw what she was talking about and replaced the strap. In the end the situation was resolved but a little listening and customer service could have made the experience much better. After all WE purchased a product that could not be used on our trip and then had to drive 30 miles round trip back to the store to get a replacement. To have too put up with the slowness to listen to the issue on top of it that all really is sad and reflects poorly on this business.

I was certified at this location. They were extremely helpful and accommodating with our schedule. We were going on a trip in a month and they managed to fit us in the following week. After four sessions, we were certified and felt prepared after our training.

Great service, Dave was awesome! Helped me find the right mask I was looking for and the shop should be featured in a magazine such a fun atmosphere.

Got my gear serviced quickly, for not too expensive, and were both friendly and courteous.

Very disappointed in the business. Had issues related to making some changes to a purchase and they totally did not call me back. I waited 5 days and then called back myself and found out I wasnt getting the refund I had been promised and was only getting about 1/5th of it.

Dishonest business - i made purchases and went to exchange it as its either defective or too large and apparently I needed to bring the box the goggles came in so he can send it back to the manufacturer. When I purchased, I did not get them in a box, they came right off the shelf and into the bag and the other mask came in a clear plain bag.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Very responsive.

Dishonest business, I returned merchandise, it has been 4 months already, calling every week and hear the same story, we will call you back. This business, or at least store manager is dishonest.
