TLDR: This store acts as a great community hub for the Warhammer hobby. Buy, build, paint, and play the Warhammer Tabletop Games at home or at the store. My wife and I have had good experiences at this store.My review: Although I have not kept up faithfully with the Warhammer hobby, hopefully this review will help someone to understand what I understand this store to be. I wouldnt just take my word for it--I would go find out for yourself.Anyone looking to go to this store needs to keep in mind that the store is based on serving a niche hobby and community. It acts at the local center of community for people who are into the hobby--or for those interested in learning about Hobby. The lowest reviews I see on here are obviously trolling, and it isnt fair to give this store a negative review for it not being something it isnt meant to be.My wife and I had gotten great customer service from the store manager, Larry. His enthusiasm and passion for the Warhammer hobby comes across clearly as he talks to you about it. I stared with an Eldar Army I had from back when I was a kid, and got my wife a Necron army. I have gotten to play matches of the tabletop wargame in store--shoutout to Cole for being a warm and welcoming member of the community.This store in particular seems bigger than others, which is a good thing if you are looking to construct your models, paint them, or play matches in the store. Larry is there perfect person to run this place. Hes knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and patient. Larry keeps the store looking great and I cant wait until lockdown lifts and we can get some games going in the store. If youre into Warhammer its definitely worth the trip to meet Larry and support a local store.

Great place to get into an amazing hobby! The staff is kind and helps you through each step of getting started, or if youre a veteran to the craft, theyre great to talk shop with and swap stories with. Overall an amazing place.

I have been going to this store for a couple of years now, and through it all, Larry has been there. He is a absolute pleasure to talk to and is more than willing to answer any questions you might have about the hobby, from the newest hobbyists to the veteran painters, Im sure that Larry can teach you something. If you are just starting the hobby, I highly recommend this location!

Some of the reviews on here are so bogus. Probably the nicest store owner I HAVE EVER MET and I mean it. I came over with a friend the other day and the owner was extremely knowledgeable and helped with recommendations on what I’d get, and I will be going in there again to get started on my collection :).

Negative reviews should look within. I was there yesterday, I am not a gamer, but I like to paint miniatures. Usually historical miniatures like Andrea, but I also dabble in interesting tabletop minis when I need a diversion. There were several people painting together and chatting and having a nice time. The guy working the shop took the time to chat with me about the minis I was looking for, ask me about my interests, showed me some of the citadel paints, and even showed me the mobile app. He also gave me an overview of activities the shop sponsors, and made sure to let me know they have painting contests, understanding that I am not interested in gaming. What more could you ask of them?

Alot of helpful people go to this store, and Larry the store owner is very helpful. The people that hang out at the store are all fun to be around.

I didnt end up buying anything. I was looking for a specific product that they didnt carry. However, I was treated like a valued customer and recommend this store as long as they carry the kits and paints you are looking for.

Larry was a patient teacher to my young nephew. Who I brought in to learn the games I started playing at his age. I urge anyone to take the time to check out this store.

Larry the store owner is great. He helped me start my army and taught me some new techniques for painting.

A superb store and staff. On a visit from out of town I stopped by to poke my head in, and it was amazing how welcome the two guys running the register made me feel right from the start as one of them briefed me on their fantastically diverse stock of AoS models. The tables they had set up all across the store for play had some incredibly well painted scenery, so the only real problem I had with my visit is I hadnt brought any of my own models, missing an opportunity to launch my army of Lizardmen out on some truly epic scenery! Next time Im in town Ill definitely be paying the store another visit, as should anyone who has an interest in AoS or 40k hobbies!
