Thank you Rock Solid! Our limestone and granite vanities and our marble tabletops all look brand new again! After much use, not only were the marble tops cleaned and all marks removed, but they were also polished by the fabricator back to their original shine. Beautiful! Our limestone shower presented a challenge but with persistence, it was cleaned, restored and looks great again. We can rest assured now since they also protected the stone from future wear with a 25-year sealant. The water beads up and rolls right off.

If you want repairs this is not the company for you. If I could do negative stars I would. We had some work down for ice damning this winter and they had cracked my granite fire place. They sent Rock Solid Imports over to look at it. I trusted our contractor but didnt know they did not know anything about this company and repair work. Big mistake. I should not have let him do the work. I had also had him repair chips in our granite counter tops and seal them. Worst thing I have ever done!! My husband and I regret it. The original problem was a c rating as there is an identifying noticeable trace of the repair. The additional work was a force of Days, weeks and still never to stratification. We spent hours trying to get the granite back to life. To have him mess with it. He had no respect for my time and kept me waiting for him all day. Happened 5 DAYS!!! un except able. Multiple calls and texts un answered and stretched it over 3 Weeks!!! He still owes us a call but have in the mean time did our reach and found someone to come out. Explained the problem they took one look and said DO NOT LET THIS PERSON BACK IN THE HOUSE. I had to pay another $$$ amount to fix his issues. The other person (different company)came on time took 3 hours and fixed everything Rock Solid Imports made a mess on my granite counter tops. Please look else where. We paid double in the end by have a guy now I will call on and he erased all the damage Rock Solid did to my granite counter tops.

I was very impressed with the selection they had available and mosaics to match up with the various colors. Mark was extremely flexible to accommodate what I needed for a custom shower project. We priced and reviewed quite a few places around Naperville area, and Mark was by far the best products and price we came across. Would defiantly be the first place wed shop for our next project. We came in looking at different marble selections and ended up switching to Travertine due to the selection and options worked best for us.

Our decision to use Rock Solid Imports for granite installation was a NIGHTMARE. We had a basement project which included granite installation in the kitchen/bar area. This company held up our entire project. The initial installation was terrible and the installer left without even finishing the project. The owner of this company, Mark, did not return phone calls and did not act in a professional manner. We paid 100% up front and had a credit due back to us of over $1000 at the end of the project, which we never received after multiple requests.

Rock Solid provided a great selection at a great price and with great service. I under ordered the amount of 12X24 travertine tiles I needed for my job. When my installer called to inform me I was short, Rock Solid said they didnt have any more in inventory. Mark from Rock Solid called a competitor who had 18X24 tiles from the same quarry so he bought the stone, cut them to size FOR ME and then got them to my installer within hours of the installer running out of product so my project could finish on time. He then charged me his discounted price for the stones he bought from the competitor and didnt charge me for cutting them down! Marks granite fabricator/installer came to my house at 8 PM to make the original measurements to insure our installation deadline was made. Every phone call, email and text was returned. When I received the invoice, I was happy to pay the bill!

I would AVOID this business. I unfortunately had probably the worse customer experience ever with Rock Solid and Mark. Inability to meet multiple promised timelines, complete lack of communication in getting back to me with status or any feedback. The price was good but the delays, time & project mis-management, and horrible customer interaction and delivery set my whole project back months. You can find similar pricepoints from other suppliers and avoid the headaches from RSI. I know other customers and suppliers who have said they had the exact same problems I had, so I was not an isolated case.
