Dr. Eve Malcolm... Let me just tell you a little something about her... Kind, Passionate, Professional. I am a disabled Veteran and after receiving poor care from the VA I walked through her doors looking for ear mold tubes. Nothing more. That was 4 years ago. Since that day I have relocated to Texas and I still travel across the country to Naperville to see her. I refuse to find someone new. When I told her I was moving and wanted to keep her she said yes. We have found ways to continue my care and I travel to see her at least 2 times a year. When I have found my self in positions to have hang ups in care she has diligently worked with me to make my access to care work. This Doctor has got it going on in the Customer Care/ Patient Care department. The old adage we treat customers like family? She TRULY does. As long as this Doctors doors our open it is my home for care. She provides so much just down to talking to you about how are you adjusting to life with hearing loss. Its more than a diagnosis, she cares about the physical, mental, and financial well being of the patient. Mad respect always to Dr. Eve Malcolm.
