Visited this shop with my mom with intent to show her the importance of bra shopping with a specialist rather than a big box retailer. I had no intent on purchasing a bra, but I got fitted and without a doubt I made a purchase. The experience was great. I didn’t feel rushed and even though I initially just asked to be fitted, I was still treated with great service. She provided instructions on how to properly put a bra on and it be comfortable. I’ve laminated my instruction card so it won’t get lost. Thank you so much Elegance Underneath! I won’t be a stranger

Just had a group fitting party there tonight and I dont think anyone left empty handed. Dawn and her girls are helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. They are super friendly and we all had a great time. I think its safe to assume they now have a few more regulars!

I have never had such great fitting and comfortable bras. They are also very pretty. I felt so comfortable being fitted for bras,. She specializes in larger busted fitting. I brought both of my daughters with, ages 16 and 23, we all were fitted and love our bras. Thank you Dawn!

Ive been shopping at Elegance Underneath for several years, and I always leave impressed. They have a huge selection of beautiful bras- their shelves are overflowing with styles and sizes. The real game changer is a fitting with Dawn and her wonderful team. The first time I was fit by Dawn I was SHOCKED by the measurements she took... the size I had previously been wearing was way different than what she suggested. But sure enough, once she began pulling bras and helping me determine what styles and shapes I liked, she was right on. Every time I return I get the same treatment. Dawn and her team help me select and fit the bras I need. And they always listen and learn from my likes and dislikes. They can even go back and reference my previous purchases when Im trying to find my favorite bras again! And I never feel pressured into a purchase. I always leave with exactly what I need, and their prices are very reasonable. Love Elegance Underneath, Dawn, and the whole team. I cannot say enough nice things about this store!

Ladies - this is the place!Dawn and her team are fabulous. Their customer service is spectacular not only during my visit but a hand written thank you note arrived at my home shortly after my purchase. Who does that anymore?!? I just went in on Saturday and the owner fitted me and gave me a huge selection of bras to try on. She personally adjusted them and explained how they should feel and how to adjust myself everyday so I would know as well. She was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful! She had another associate there that she was training on the fittings and all that who was super sweet and helpful as well. I highly recommend going here as opposed to Victoria’s Secret as the bras we’re so much more comfortable and the people are so much more knowledgeable! I had a great time getting my new bras and chatting with these two ladies who felt more like friends then sales people!

I just discovered Elegance Underneath today. I cant rave enough! The personal attention was top notch. I love that they didnt pressure me into buying anything. She told not to buy anything I wasnt a 100% in love with, even if that meant not buying anything. Which means, they dont charge you for the fitting like some other local stores do.I did walk out with a new bra though! I loved it so much that I walked out with it on! I will definitely be back and will recommend to all of my friends!Thank you for such a great experience. I have been searching, unsuccessfully, for a bra for a LONG time. Each time I tried, I came out of the store disappointed or with something I didnt end liking in the long run. So to walk out with something I loved and felt confident in was a great feeling!

This is the most amazing place on the planet! They actually know how to measure and fit you, unlike a certain big box store. I will only come here from now on!

Been going here for over a decade now and still get great customer service! They always have my size which is a unique size that I cannot find at the big box stores. Prior to buying bras from here I use to have neck, shoulder, and laid-back pain!All the staff is professional and they have certified bra fitters also. My favorite thing is how they can look up bras that I have previously bought and they measure me every time to ensure I get the proper fit.

I purchased two bras at Elegance Underneath today. I called in advance to verify that they sold the type of bra I was looking for. Dawn was very clear and helpful over the phone. When I entered the store she greeted me warmly and remembered my name from the phone call earlier. Very clean and comfortable shop. Dawn was very knowledgeable and professional. I purchased two bras and am very happy with the fit.

Be aware this place will not take returns. They only give store credit. I have shopped here for the last couple of years. Recently I bought two bras which Dawn fitted me for. I wear the bra and it digs into my skin so much that I was getting red and irritated. At this point I am at work and have to put toilet paper between my skin and the bra. I could not wait to get home to take off my bra. My skin has never been that red and irritated. Two days later I went back in to return the one bra because it was the same style. Dawn told me that it was normal to have the red marks and that I must have been wearing the wrong band size previously because the bra needs to feel snug. She then was going to show me her red marks. I cant believe that she thinks it is normal to feel redness and pain wearing a bra. Very unprofessional!

Never ever had such a wonderful experience shopping for under garments before. Dawn showed me the proper way to actually put a bra on and what a difference that really made. The personalized fitting that I received from Dawn was truly amazing. Dawn even made my poor husband that was shopping with me very comfortable. There was a comfy chair for him to sit in and she even offered him water and chocolates. She made him feel very comfortable which I think is very important for a man that is shopping with his other half. I highly suggest that every female should go to this store to get fitted properly and to be taught how to properly put a bra on.

I went here yesterday to purchase a bra for my wedding. The lady was SUPER nice and really helped me find the right bra for my dress. She went above and beyond to help me and I would recommend this place any day. Thanks for your help for my big day! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

They completely lost my business, my family got wind and they will not be returning here. They were rude, unprofessional and was only focused on making the sale. There was a defect in a bra I brought home, I called them and to let them know. They told me I could bring it back and exchange it no charge. I bring the bra back and they tried to charge me for that bra and another one. Confused I explained to them that I had not caused the defect. They treated me like as if I were a criminal, when I simply wanted a new bra. I left the store with my mom to which the owners were shouting at my mom and I calling us stupid and saying I should have known I had to pay for another one! I will definitely be taking my money elsewhere.

I decided to go here for a fitting based on the wonderful reviews. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. I was treated rudely during my fitting and then told they only had 3 bras to choose from in my size (that were all very similar). Though they say they cater to all sizes if you are a woman with a smaller bra size, this store is not for you! I left the store empty handed and upset.

Great shop! I went in for a fitting and Dawn was so very helpful! Walked out with three new bras and got rid of my drawerful of old bras that were not the correct size and fit for me.

Having had multiple friends that bravely fought breast cancer, this is where their expertise really hits home. Dawn was super comforting and extremely casual when helping with mastectomy fittings. The confidence she is able to reestablish with her expertise and products still bring a tear to my eye when looking back at what started as an uncomfortable trip to try and find a bra. The end result was a heartwarming experience that not only helped my friends confidence, but also their positive outlook on the future after having a mastectomy. DONT DO IT!!!!! The ladies in this store were rude and horrible to a young teenager, who has had nothing but issues since she was in the 5th grade trying to find a bra that fit her properly. They literally put her into tears! To top it all off, they were attempting to place her in a bra that was 3 sizes too small, just to try and make the sale!! Needless to say, we did not purchase a single thing from them and my little girl ran out of the store crying!! Its a shame because had they treated my little girl properly, they would have made a big ticket sale, due to the fact that it was my teens birthday and they wouldve had future repeat business! They should be ashamed of themselves!!
