Very easy to drop off my donations. Friendly and helpful staff.

Dropped off 60+ lps albums and 30+ CDs. .. All in VG condition. Went back to store one week later and ZERO were displayed. Employee Theft ?? Never again will I donate to them.

Clean, organized, friendly staff, please ty of free parking, but all the good spots are always taken up. Basically lots of goods available, however, Ive never seen much cookware to be had. Plenty of other stuff though. Most everything is priced cheap, but there is a minimum of $10 to be able to use a credit or debit card. Good location. Overall I like this place.

Well they refuse to sell me a pair of pants that I loved and really wanted to purchase. Then the lady at the front desk acted like it was this really complicated situation that there was no price. I asked if she could ask the manager about a price so I could purchase or if she could hold them for me until they put a price on it. She said she really didnt think she could. These are a pair of donated pants free to them, are you trying to male money or what? So weird

Yesterday I purchased a table from NCH White Elephant and was told that I had two days to pick it up. Thats all I was informed of. Today, I went in to pick up my table and it had been sold to someone else. The sales associate I purchased it from failed to mention that it was my job to inform a manager of my purchase, so that a manager could put a sold sign on the table.Im furious. Instead of reasoning with me, all I got was it was your fault for not telling a manager and I sold it for more money anyway.Its not like they could do much at that point because my table was already gone. Its unfortunate because I really did love the table, and the NCH White Elephant does have some cool things.Just be mindful of the fact that if you dont tell a manager that you bought something, they will have no problem selling it to someone else.

Found 4 Champagne glasses for $8. to be used for serving cold Cucumber Soup - not Champagne! Very happy to find them. Love going there.

Ive enjoyed shopping in your thrift store for several years now. However, today was the exception and I hope an isolated incident. I had 2 wicker night stands on a flatbed to take to the counter when a lady employee came by and without saying a word switched the price tags. I understand that tags get mixed up at times. I did not do the switching. It wasnt so much the price change as it was the manner in which she did it. She could use some training in customer service.

Pretty good stop. Great finds every now and then. Worth the stop and look. Business hours are rough. Check to see if theyre open before you go.

Brought 3 grandchildren. They all found something. I always enjoy stopping by. NCH was wonderful to me as a patient. Happy to spend there.
