Wooooow!!!!! Let me say how beyond happy I am with the service provided to me. Ed & Edwin those guys are awesome!!!!! Not only were they professional but were awesome when I asked questions about stuff, they shared and showed me exactly what they were doing. Super friendly, professional and easy to talk to and understand what the process was. THANKS GUYS!!!!!

The service I received was simply superb. We had the pleasure of having Tyler explain everything we needed to know about choosing the perfect set of speakers. He was thorough and extremely passionate about what he does and the products he sells. One may think that doing online research is enough, but it takes an expert like Tyler to really get to know us as customers, our purpose for the devices we are purchasing and the over all budget. We have definitely found out go to person for every and anything audio. Please be sure to ask for Tyler by name whenever you visit Magnolia at BestBuy.

However, 5 stars is not enough to describe the level of service and unparalleled expertise that Tyler has dedicated to me as a customer.Tyler consistently exceeds my expectations with his ethical advice on audio visual technology and then takes it to another level to follow up his commitment to white glove customer service to visit my home should I need any advise or technical directions with my purchases. I have visited numerous Magnolia Design Studios across the state of Florida and consistently return back to Naples to make my purchases through Tyler based on my peace of mind that I know he provides the best price and above all, quality technology / products on the market - bar none!Google reviews, Tyler Bourke, deserves 10 STARS!

Had the unfortunate experience dealing with this store. Had been a Best Buy Customer for years, but Magnolia was new to me.Had 2 individuals. come to my home and basically try to sell me everything under the sun, much of it unneeeded and overpriced. T,J, was the worst offender.Then we applied for the deferred payment card. T,J, turned us over to a girl who knew absoloutely nothing about what to do and she completely mixed up our info causing us NOT to be able to get the credit card with a decent credit limit, despite our excellent credit.No apology, no attempt to help us out or to try an keep a customer. It then took 35 minutes to get them to refund my money. Found a great local, honest dealer with better price and merchandise..Never going back there again.

Best Buy Magnolia Design Center in Naples happily took the down payment for a device we ordered thru them. They did not honor my order, no call, no apology, nothing. They just don’t care about their customers. If this is the best they can do to provide quality service to their clients this is poor and the tone of voice was condescending and rude. This is not how you treat repeat Elite Plus customers who are willing to pay a high price for quality products.

Do not waste your time or money if you are expecting any reasonable customer service for high end audio equipment. Great sales pitch when you buy, but customer service is aweful at best. Always excuses, never action. Save yourself a lot of aggravation, go somewhere else!

Terrible, terrible, terrible... I completely agree with all the other 1-star reviews, I had the same issues with these idiots. The group of Magnolia employees that I interacted with at this location seemed like a bunch of uneducated, inexperienced, clowns. They irritated me so much that I ended up having them refund my ~ $5000 purchase. I then went to HHGreg down the street and repurchased all the same stuff, and just installed it myself. Horrible customer service, zero technical skill, and no communication between employees.

Bought a TV from them and when I wanted to return it and buy another it was a hassle for them. I have been dealing with this for over 2 weeks. ask to speak to the Manager and was given the email address I send The Manager and the project manager 2 emails with no response. I also place a number of calls I did get a call back fro Jose the manager on Thursday last week he said he would call me back. I received no return call from him. a week later I called another store and ask for a DM number and was put on hold and transferred to Jose in Naples and he had excuse after excuse. at the end of the day I wont be exchanging my TV as they dont seem to care about their customers after the sale.Its all about getting the money then they could care less. so at this point I am Done with Magnolia
