Doug Brann and his team are the best. Doug did some repair work on my cars bumper that saved me a substantial amount of money versus dealer replacement recommendations. This is the sort of business this country needs more of: capable, honest and with fair pricing.

I had a minor paint scratch issue on my car. Randy first told me they were backlogged by about four weeks but after examining my car he said to give him a minute and came back with a rag and some type of cleaning material. He was able to completely erase the scratch marks and solved my problem on the spot. Just cant be too complimentary of his approach and concern to solve my issue. Had my Jeep Wrangler hardtop painted gloss black to match the body. Went in and got a quote from Sean over a year ago but just got around to taking it in. They honored the quote and did a nice job. I also had them paint a peeling front fender on my Camaro which looks great. Would recommend this shop.

Friendly people that got me an appointment two weeks out. That was pretty good it seemed since season is coming back and they have a hard time getting parts shipped right now anyway. I had a decent ding in my door and it only took them 4 days. I have never had body work done before so I dont know how long that usually takes, but 4 days didnt seem bad to me. The price was about $1,500. I feel like that was definitely on the high end, especially paying out of pocket. They said they had to replace the whole outer panel, which explains the cost. No idea if that is a rip off or not. But regardless, they did a very good job and matched the black paint almost perfect. They also cleaned the inside of the car which was a nice touch. Im assuming they have a reason for that but it was nice getting back in a clean car. Everyone was pretty nice and they seemed very efficient with the whole process. Hopefully I wont need body work done again, but if I do Ill probably give them another go.

This was my third visit to Doug Branns paint and body. Service was exceptional each time. They are friendly, polite and respectful. The work was done perfectly and on time. I received a quote- the rep took his time and was direct and indicated the whole panel would need to be welded. He said he would not just replace with used- and reccomend I not do that regardless of the company used.

WOW! I certainly was not expecting the amazing and professional service I received from Sean Brann. I needed my 2008 335i BMW touched up with about 7 or 8 locations on my car. Sean gave it a look over and said I can take you right now. I was stunned!He said it would take about an hour. It took exactly an hour and my car looks brand new. I watched him for a few minutes and was amazed at the fine detail work he was performing. This company did a beautiful and careful job with the repairs to my car! They cleaned the interior and exterior and delivered my car better than it was! Their shop is also spotless - a nice touch for a body repair shop. My car was done as promised and I highly recommend this shop!

I have to say this is not the place to get your car body repaired. I had a car accident two years ago, and took my car to this shop for trunk and back bumper repairs. I heard from reviews and few friends this place does good work. However, they did a bad job in the end. It took almost two months to do the work, and they didnt fix it properly. The trunk doesnt manually open with the key. Found out they used a tool to dent the metal latch to make the trunk close. I found out recently fron another repair shop, that they glued the side panels of the back bumper from the inside. This is not right! The metal is supposed to be welded together not glued on. I keep getting mold in my trunk from rainwater that is seeping in through these panels. I had insurance that paid them more than $4000 to do the job! When I ask them to redo it, they still didnt do it properly. I was also discriminated as a woman and a person of color. I felt that they treated their white customers better than me. Poor customer service. All I wanted them was for them to do their job appropriately. Instead, I got a poorly repaired body work, wasted my time and money. I had a horrible experience here. I do not recommend coming here for car repairs.

This place was amazing! I was moving my daughters car from Minnesota to Florida and it got damaged while parked on a street. I needed the car fixed before my daughter arrived in Florida. Grady took care of everything and went out of his way to make sure the car looked great. He even let us leave the car on the lot for a few weeks until my daughter arrived. I cannot say enough about the great service that was provided. I highly recommend this company.

My Toyota Camry Hybrid has substantial front end damage with the driver side headlight hanging out. Fender on that side twisted back. When the car was finished by Doug Brann’s staff, it looked like new.6 weeks later when I returned the car because the passenger side windshield wiper on the passenger side wasn’t working, they fixed it without cost, no questions asked though they hadn’t worked on the passenger side. They deserve 6 stars, plus the lady answering the phone is a genius.

They were so friendly and helpful even fixed the minor problem while I waited. I highly recommend this place.

I brought in my motorcycle tank on recommendation from friends with previous experience. 1st effort was poor, bubbles and flecks of dark substance in the paint. 2nd effort had a highly visible piece of something protruding right on top of the tank that was painted over (like a thick paint chip). Honestly, couldnt believe that this was presented to me as a finished piece. 3rd time was the charm and the final product was great. They were very nice folks overall and worked to do it right.

A bait and switch shop. They will quote you one price, but as soon as they discover the repair is through an insurance or 3rd party, they will hike the prices up.**3 month update edit**My door handle is peeling off the door that had to be refaced, and there are 3 paint drips, 2 exterior and 1 interior. Door now makes a horrible clicking noise when opening. Will take to a real shop to correct.

I had the misfortune of having my vehicle struck by a piece of broken tire tread that was bouncing across I-75. The damage estimate was over $1800. My insurance provider (COSECO / Cooperators /HB Group,) wanted to record it as a collision claim instead of comprehensive, which would have afforded them the opportunity to increase my premiums. While waiting to appeal their decision, I felt it would be prudent to return my vehicle to a level of safe driveability. I went to Doug Brann Paint and Body and met with Sean. He provided me with a total repair estimate and then offered to do an interim, temporary, less expensive repair. He re-installed my lighting group and secured the bumper cover. This allowed me to continue to drive while I pursued my appeal. The cost was very reasonable and the workmanship was excellent. If COSECO decides in my favour, and I am still in Naples, I will return to Doug Brann for the full repair.

Displeased to say the least. Paid for small body piece to be sanded and painted. Was peeling and rusting within 3 months. took it and the spray painted over it. I didnt realize the first time all they did was use a can of spray paint. Cam back a month later when peeling again and rusting. I was told it wasnt their fault. Talked to numerous places. They should have primed where they sanded. that was the issue. Wouldnt stand behind there work. Wont ever be using again.

I had a vehicle scrape the right rear bumper and cracked the tail light of my Honda. Not only was the job completed within 48 hours, the appearance was outstanding!! The rear bumper was refurbished, the tail light replaced. Looks brand new !
