I have never in all my years driving, had such a smooth, quick and efficient service. I feel short changed as this isnt even my local service center/dealership. I called Tony in the servicing department and he got me all booked in and even managed me a loaner vehicle during my last minute booking. I am extremely impressed. My Orlando dealerships need to spend time here learning about high end customer service!!

Just had some warranty work done there ( Takata airbag ) and it was my first time at the dealership. Besides the warranty work, my advisor Randall, made suggestions on a few things that should be serviced in the near future and offered to get them finished on this service. Every recommendation was spot on. I knew my oil service was overdue when I went. He pointed out another issue I had missed. When I declined to have them done this trip I was not pressured in any way. I respect that.When the current Covid 19 crisis is over I will use them again. I generally do not like dealership service departments, but I will use this shop!
Your prices are ridiculous !I was dissatisfied because nobody in your Service Center was wearing a mask or gloves ! This is disturbing because I paid to have the car detailed. I had COPD and am on oxygen.I as told that the dealership would not pay for masks or gloves for their employees which is why I was left unprotected. Really? At the prices you charge.Bil McMaster
