My 2007 Ford Escape, has been down for about six months. Megan is receptionist she paid attention to detail and was courteous enough so no one was ever left in the dark, Oscar with his crew was my mechanic who worked on my car...Needless to say Im back up and running and I appreciate all the help. The price point was perfect; I can not say enough good things about these guys, These guys were phenomenal. And I highly reccommend them for any mechanical or electrical issues. Even in season with a little communication, they were able to slide me in and fix me up. I usually do the work on my vehicle myself, but honestly feel like they have saved me a lot of money in the long run. I hope and believe that I have found my new mechanics shop. We have a 34 yr old Z and Oscar didnt hesitate getting it fixed when we took our car there for repair. The Nissan dealer blew us off sayings the car was too old to get parts. Fortunately the problem was corrosion and oxidation to the fuse box and he was able to clean it, got everything working and no parts needed.....even though he said the parts were available. We are so thankful to find an honest and quick response to the problem. They get 6 stars 🌟.

Brought in a 96 Cougar for possible front ball joint repairs (thought a little grease would work). Yeah right, The boots were totally gone, no grease to be found and the ball joints themselves rusted. Pro Auto Electric took care of the problem in a timely fashion and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended and I have recommended them to several of my friends.

All 4 of my power windows on my Ford Explorer stopped working. I saw on line it was probably the master switch. I bought 1 and installed it. That wasnt the problem. I then decided to take my car to Pro Auto Electric. When I pulled into their drive, I saw there were 3 cars ahead of me, so I went in the waiting room expecting a long wait. I told the man at the counter my problem, he listened to my issue, then said I will be right back. He went out and told Mike, a service mechanic, to look at my car. Mike brought out a fancy line tester and tested a couple electrical lines. He showed me the power line to my windows was broken. He told me he could fix it, but I might have to wait a while. Or, I could splice those two broken wires back together. I told him I could do that easily. Within in a minute Mike found the problem and had given me the solution. He told me NO CHARGE, but he just saved me who knows how much in a service charge, plus my time. I shook his hand with a little appreciative green, but he said it wasnt needed. He got it anyway. That was a great experience.Thank you.
