A little while back the manager suggested tires for me to buy on my car. Little did I know then about tires. Later on I would learn that basically he sold me the inventory he wanted to get rid of. The tires were too big and eventually contributed to tearing out my inner splash guards inside my wheel wells after making sharp turns. I was also charged double what the tires cost online, and that was before the installation charge as well. There is a lot to be said for being able to trust a business, especially for your vehicle. This shop is one of those places that will see if people are ignorant and then screw you accordingly.

Impressive tire shop! What started off as confusion, turned into a great experience! The management team here took time to explain charges and get my car completed by the end of the day. If I could give this place 0 stars I would have! We had a flat tire due to a valve stem, we took it in with two tires to be put on that they told us 100% they could put on only to tell us they didnt fit. 24 hours later after valve stem repaired & we are adding air to a Fixed tire everyday not to mention the unprofessional rude Customer Service. Thanks for nothing. Will make sure not to ever recommend this company. Word of mouth is a money maker or a money breaker.

The second time I have called for a vehicle only to show up and they say the can’t do the wheels . If it’s anyType of car that is expensive they won’t touch it . If you don’t have confidence in your techs or your equipment perhaps it’s time to find a new business model . I literally drive to the next competitor and they do the wheels with no problem... it’s comical stay away from this place and save the time and aggravation.

This location was a pleasure to visit. The shop is maintained and looks clean. The manager, Joe Coner, was very respectful and helped us with our problem without any hesitation. Although this location is a little bit of a hike we would definitely visit this location again.

This the worst experience I ever had before. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and The manager Raidel Vila would not do the tire rotation even though it comes free with my oil change. He said that it didn’t print out on the work order to do an tire rotation so he couldn’t do it even though it very clear on the sign behind him that it does come with a tire rotation. Besides I bought those tires at another Tire Choice store, which states I get life time rotations anyway and any time. The Manager Raidel Vila was so very, very rude it was unbelievable. So I went to the Tire Choice store on Radio Road and they said that should of never happened and the manager, Jamie, did my tire rotation for me. What a difference! I have been to other shops in the chain and I can tell you for a fact this shop is amazing!! I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in, Steve the GM was very pleasant and helped me through all my unique issues, the most impressive thing is that they were extremely busy with phones ringing. Yet when I walked in he greeted me and listened Respectfully to my issues so I would not have to repeat them in a calm collective way that made me feel comfortable and not rushed or pressured… A great experience

I had my car scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation today 04/24/20. Steven was the man who helped me out today with everything I needed. It took them less than an hour to do everything and they were so friendly! It is my first time getting my oil changed here, but it is safe to say I will be coming here from now on. Steve was amazing, we were really in a pinch and a different shop told us we needed a tire, I went to Steve and they were able to repair it for under $50, I really appreciate their honesty. On top of it they wore gloves and mask And I watched him sanitize my keys and card before he gave it back to me… I know that’s little but that really meant a lot to me… These guys are good

My car picked up a screw and developed a slow leak. The next day I was able to get it to Tire Choice, which occupies the space formerly occupied by Central Tire, and within minutes, they had the tire off and reported they could repair it. I told them to go ahead, and I was back in business in less than 30 minutes.The two gentlemen who assisted me were both pleasant and competent, and I was impressed that the one who changed the tire used a torque wrench to tighten the lugs which is most unusual. The young man that manned the service desk knows his cars showed a passion for his job. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and order of the shop, and the volume of tires they had on tire racks. First Class!

Steve and Johnny are amazing! I had an ongoing tire balancing issue that left my car shaking during higher speeds. After 3 tire balancing services at other tire shops in the same week these guys finally got the problem resolved and did so at a very fair price. This shop is not corporately owned, but rather a store manager owner who went out of his way to be helpful, fair, and detailed. I can’t give enough stars for this service! This is the best place in town for auto repair. Steve and his staff were very knowledgeable and I knew I needed brakes but I was just there for an oil change times are tough right now! They found that I needed brakes which I already knew and provided me with an estimate which was reasonable but that wasn’t the best part the best part was when I told them I just want the oil change Steve said “hey no worries my friend I am just here to keep you safe I totally understand just put it in your budget sometime in the future” I don’t feel any pressure to buy and I felt like he really did care and those are qualities that are rare for a mechanic shops, the oil change by the way was done very quickly and I watched them wipe down my car, Make sure everything was correct and gave it back to me cleaner then I brought it in LOL they even shined my tires! What a great value and great service for a small amount of money I spent with them I will be back for as long as I live in Naples and I’m going to tell everybody I know about my experience today, thank you Steve you made my day

Some garages are good, some are so-so, and some are bad. Joe Connors Tire Choice in Naples is one of the best. When we arrived in Naples this January we discovered our battery was dead. My husband went to Tire Choice and borrowed a booster box. Joe Connor didnt ask for a deposit or ID. It was old-fashioned, small town, neighborly service. We boosted the battery, took the car to the garage (a 2002 Mustang), but the garage didnt have the recommended battery. No problem. A better battery was installed, an order was placed for the recommended battery, and nobody asked for a deposit. A few days later when the recommended battery was delivered we returned and the batteries were swapped, but while getting the work completed I mentioned that my hood wasnt closing properly. Joe Connor took a quick look and found that the latch needed to be replaced. It took a bit of searching, but he found a replacement latch and when it arrived we got a call, took the car back to the garage, and accepted the offer of a cold bottle of water while we waited for the latch to be installed. It was done before the bottle of water was gone. Good service? It was excellent.

Steve and his team were amazing world class in this tough time I felt very comfortable going there and they were very busy but they made me feel like I was the only person in the world at that moment!!! Steve was awesome… We stopped in to get a price on our brakes, And he was so kind and professional he offered us water and Has disinfectant wipes for the customers to use, very clean place, They were not the cheapest, But of all the places we stopped it was definitely the best!!!! Great tire shop! I needed a tire patch, they first checked to make sure it wasn’t leaking air, and then they quoted me a fair and honest price. Quick, friendly service. I was in and out in less than 25 minutes—which is great considering now it’s necessary to put the car on a lift for a patch. Will definitely be coming back for any of my tire needs!!

What A small world!! Mr Feinauer’s shop worked on my vehicles in Michigan, and now visiting Naples had a tire issue and stopped in to see if they could help me! To my absolute Surprise there stood Mr. Feinauer! I came here to get my tires changed not too long ago. Joe Conner recommended I pick the thicker tread due to my excessive travel and commuting. He was a great help, and the alignment turned out perfect. Pretty disappointing. I went in for an oil change and my car got diagnosed with having a leak in the thermostat housing. They gave me an estimate of over $550. With my small background in cars I assumed that was pretty high. Called around and found out in fact it wasn’t the thermostat housing that was leaking. It was the water outlet housing. I took it to a great shop (happy wallet) they were super helpful (with only 2 hrs left in their work day) and walked out with part changed and my bill well under $200. ** 2 stars because** I appreciated this shop letting me know about the leak, but they definitely quoted VERY high... call around for other opinions and prices.
