Bethany does an amazing job with all the balloon arrangements whenever we need them. Can’t go wrong with Masquerade.

I called from out of state to have something special delivered for my nephew. Bethany went completely out of her way to help me! She went out and selected the items I requested for his get well package that I wanted to send him. She was extremely professional, friendly, and communicated with my every step of the way. I was and still am so grateful for her kindness and assistance. I honestly can’t recommend them enough. Thank you for helping me make my nephew feel so loved and special.

I just paid $266 for balloons that were never delivered!! Owner said she made them, but they were not delivered to my sons graduation party!The ones that were— were not worth having delivered, they were fewer than I imagined, all almost out of air, before our event even began. I do not recommend you use masquerade - there was “zero” value and imagine missing 3 table top arrangements, and owners reply to my request for a credit on undelivered items; “I made them myself, and loaded them in deliver persons car”, ... but we never received them!!!! Total waste of $266 ...... steer clear of this company!!!

I am so grateful for Masquerade, wonderful place to find high quality items like makeup, costumes and accessories, balloons so many choices and an amazing customer service.I highly recommend this store for you best celebration and memorable events .

Went to Masquerade & Balloons in a rush to find an 80s dress. I was immediately assisted and given several options to try on. The experience was great. Quick, professional, and with a smile. They have a ton of options and in all sizes. Highly recommend.

The people were rude and rushed me through their store. I was looking for something nice for a Christmas party and all they did was yell at me for waiting so long. Their store was a mess and I could hardly walk through it and I felt unwanted. The younger of the two ladies had a very bad attitude and seemed to have this elevated ego and talked down to me like I was an idiot. The older lady was too busy yelling at someone on the phone saying they couldnt do something because there isnt enough time. There was no respect for anyone and all customers were treated like trash. Will never go here again and I dont recommend it unless you like being ridiculed for trying to support a family business.
