Friendly courteous company. Appreciate the quality and timely manner that all orders are taken and processed. They are always willing to modify any print order to your specifications and are very fair in their pricing as well. Would recommend them for any printing needs.

Richard and Shelley went above and beyond for us! We had THREE last minute print jobs and they got them all done for us and they look great! Not only did they print them, but we were flying into town and could only pick-up on a Saturday, and their office was closed that day. I honestly cant recommend these guys enough for their high-quality full color printing. We found these people in the middle of nowhere in Naples and not only did they know exactly what they were doing, but they were inexpensive, efficient, and handled all our printing with the best customer service Ive ever seen. They have such respect for up and coming artists.Having read past reviews given below, other clients have painted a very different portrait from what weve seen just recently. Im a little unsure of what to think at this point, but all I hope is that the people who work here continue to provide the same quality service that we received.

Weird people work here. Serial killer weird. Question: Are the employees of this Ft. Myers Minuteman Press location forced to wear shoes bound by a ball and chain? How else do you explain the sad foot dragging gait of everyone who works there, the turtle-paced amble/customer avoidance shuffle of the old-timey clerk vying for worst-employee-of-the-month status? This business sucks. The suckage starts at the empty parking lot at this location, and then continues into the empty, strange, lackluster interior. That one guy hiding behind the counter... yeah you... you suck. If you dont love your job, it clearly shows in the work you produce; this place produces the worst work = these people hate their job = these are the worst people because they think they can just bulldog their way to the top. My transaction--a simple poster design & some business cards... took 3+ weeks when they said 3 days max. Nothing but excuses and more excuses. The place is not a business. It is a refuge and an avocation for con-men. Empty. Messy. Sad. Do not go here.

My mother and I ordered 400 Christmas Cards from Pam and Mont. Our Invoice included 400 cards with text and 400 labeled envelopes with our address. Our order total was $529 which we paid when we ordered. My mother picked up the cards and when she opened up the box there were no envelopes. I called the next morning and was rudely told our order didnt include envelopes but they had many envelopes we could pick up for free. I said our invoice specifies envelopes and she argued it didnt. Yet I had the invoice in my hand. She told me to take my business elsewhere and hung up. I called her back its hard to take my business elsewhere when they have our money. She agreed to make them and called me when they were done. When I picked them up I noticed our street address was spelled wrong. It was spelled correctly on the invoice. Pam told me she did that because she lived on our street for 12 years and I spelled it wrong and her way was the postal preference. All the street signs in our neighborhood, Google maps, and the deed to our house spell it my way. Either way Im the customer and why did she change the spelling from the invoice. Pam told me its a shame that my mother created such an evil child. I told her I would wait for the corrections. I waited in a corner of the store then noticed Pam was laughing to herself. Very soon 4 police cars pulled up!! She called the police on me. The police never asked for my name or ID they just asked me to wait outside for my order to be completed. Im writing this review to warn others.

Bad experience.People whom work there need a quick training in customer service.
