We couldnt have made all these choices as quickly or as comprehensively without Jeff! He made the experience easy, listened to our preferences and used that to guide us in the right direction. He also paid attention to our financial concerns, and didnt pressure us to spend up. Also felt we had a good variety to choose from, without being overwhelmed. Will go back!

Nice selection, but getting an appointment to buy something is frustrating to say the least!

A bit overpriced, and limited selections. I looked for a single handle Delta lavatory faucet for $300 or less and came up with nothing. Just one or two weird styles/finishes. I suppose their offerings are great for eclectic or eccentric tastes. They had very few choices in the Moen line as well. Go look if money is no object and you want something unusual.

Beautiful options not available everywhere. They have Waterstone fixtures which of course, are made in the USA!

Were shopping experience of any Fergusons Ive ever been in. My husband and I stopped at this store several days ago since we were vacationing here in Naples and are doing some remodeling at our home in Pittsburgh. We were in the store for almost an hour and not one person offered to help us. when my husband did ask a salesperson about a certain fixture the comment was anyone can help you Im busy right now.There was one fixture I took a picture of that we liked and wondered if we could get it at our Fergusons in Pittsburgh so I went back to the store to get more information, once again no help.I walked past two salespeople talking about their prescriptions and doctors appointments neither one bothered to ask if I needed help, I then found the fixture which happened to be right next to another salespersons desk and as I was trying to look at it and get information the salesperson never looked up or asked if she could help me at all. I took another picture of the fixture with the information and cost Factor on it.maybe they have cameras and since I was not carrying my Louis Vuitton nor driving my Lexus or Mercedes when I pulled into the parking lot they must have assumed we could not afford Fergusons appliances fixtures or such.I would never recommend the store to any of our friends who live here in Naples.

Two stars for the displays and options, zero for the air about the employees. Yes, we can read the sign stating that you must have an appointment. Apparently, you dont want to be bothered speaking to potential customers as was displayed by numerous signs on exterior doors pointing the the door with the instructions to call for an appt. Simply rude.

I was very disappointed when I entered the doors. We had an appointment and had to wait for 10 minutes, though there wasn’t anyone in the store. I needed extra shower heads, and obviously that just wasn’t enough for the lady I worked with to be interested. I had called to make an appointment, and told the lady that I needed a hand held shower and a showered head, but was never told I had to measure for the hand held shower. So the lady I worked with told me she couldn’t order anything until I had the measurements. It was a wasted visit, and the lady was rude. I love Ferguson’s, but will never do business in the Naple’s store!

I’m a business owner, and the profiling and prejudging that happened to my partner and I as soon as we walked in the door by the ladies at the front desk blew me away. I guess we didn’t look like our wallets were stacked enough, because after the lady greeted us, we told her what we were here to look for- track lighting, (which they didn’t even have any on display) she said “look around” like that was supposed to be helpful. We walked through the entire store, then on our way out, Matt stopped us and gave us some help. Honestly he was the only one that gave us the time of day and the only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one. Will not be back! Horrible customer service by all three ladies in the front.

I walked around the store for 5 minutes looking for hardware. No one approached me and there were three girls sitting at their desks on their computers. I never got a hello greeting or a good-bye. I won’t shop or recommend.
