We like our bed very much. We were promised a refund on a couple of things once our bed was delivered. They kept telling us they were going to do it but we really had to chase them down to honor it. Ultimately it was all taken care of however the refund promised came in less. Frustrating to chase people to do what they said they would do. Bed is great though

This store is absolutely terrible. The customer service is absolutely atrocious. I highly encourage people looking for a new bed to stay away from Sleep number Naples. I purchased a bed from them, and their hook to get me to buy was that they were throwing in a ton of extra pillows, sheets, etc. “for free”... which actually turned out to be “well, you have to pay for it all so it’s part of the order, then we immediately issue a refund.” ... I’ve called 20+ times and was promised it would be taken care of. We’re now 8 months in and still no refund. Stay away from these shady SOB’s!

The customer service at the Naples Store was outstanding! My husband and I suffer from neck and back pain and we were looking for a new bed. My husband and I were helped by Lawrence who was patient and took his time explaining the sleep number beds and the different options. We ended up making a purchase and are expecting our bed to be delivered on 10/5! Delivery and set-up is free and they will even dispose of your old mattress(for free) We are so excited for our new bed and restful, pain-free sleep!!

Been to the Sleep Number store twice. Each time it was friendly with staff knowledgeable and friendly. As opposed to the chain stores, there is no pressure and no rushing. Found it refreshingly different. Yes, the price is up there but we hope that the new mattress we bought will prove to be worth it. Looking forward to a relaxing and restful sleep.

She explained all the “science” behind their amazing products, helped us choose the right one for us based on the results of the test which helps you customize your settings. The mattress will come with remotes, but you also get an app for your phone to monitor your sleeping experiences, to earn points on purchases and more! Watch yourself with sleep number beds, look at the fine print on the purchase contract.After less than one month or bed would not self adjust for pressure so we called customer service. It was going to be over three weeks to get a tech to look at it, not acceptable at all so we called them to return the bed. No problem but you cannot return the adjustable base for a refund. So I have a $3000 mattress base, I was told by customer service that if I would have read the fine print I would have seen that the base was not refundable.This was a year ago and I will never go back to sleep number. Go to another mattress store where they give you the base for free or a discounted price.

Wonderful experience, Joanne really took care of us and explained every option beautifully. Only bought a pillow so far but her expertise made the process simple. Next will definitely be the correct bed to help with all of my back pain.
