Did business with them for a few years.Then they just would not deliver. Kept emailing me, delivery delayed until tomorrow. And no matter where I go in town there is no water from these people on the shelf. Just communicate if your having a hard time or something. But leaving people in limbo is not the way to do business. Other than communication they were great.

Incompetency doesnt begin to explain this company. They dont show up when they say, they keep saying sorry tomorrow then tomorrow never comes. I just cancelled my account and went elsewhere. Might be one of the worst customer service/experiences I have had.
I called to reduce my service by two bottles per delivery. Crystal Springs recognizes my number as an established customer and put my on hold for 40 minutes. Finally I hung up and tried to contact them via their online email form. The form is faulty and generated a syntax error. So I called from my sons phone which they do not recognize as a customer phone. IMMEDIATELY a sales person got on the phone. By this time I am frustrated and tell her I want to cancel my service. She tells me she can not help me and that she needs to transfer me to customer service. I tell her I dont want to be put on hold again. She assures me that customer service will answer immediately. So she transfered me and a girl in Georgia by the name of Tiffany. Tiffany was extremely apathetic and had a terrible attitude. When I told her that I wanted to cancel she said, so you are not happy.. I said, no, Im not. I want to cancel my service. Then she said, so you want my help? I said yes, I need you to cancel my service. She said, I cant do that. I have to transfer you to our retention department (or something like that). After lots of back and forth I insisted that she transfer me to a supervisor. She did that. I waited another five to ten minutes. The manager told me that the average wait time right now is 40 MINUTES!!!! The, finally, I was able to cancel my service.
Water bottle leaked and damaged floor. Was told someone would come out and look at floors. Multiple phone calls and emails resulted in nothing. Each time my husband or I would call we were told the manager would call us back. Never received a call about this issue. Also, that last water delivery the driver put the water bottles on our driveway close to the mail box (where anyone could have stolen the bottles). Didnt bring up to the front door as has been done in the past years, and the empty bottles were not picked up. Called about this and was told the manager would call us back. Never received a call. Plus the water tastes like tap water. Customer Service? Not any!!
Can I do less than 1 Star? Been with them for 20 years and haven’t had a delivery in weeks, was told they’re busy, well I’m busy too, so goodbye
We got a new water machine and the took the old one away, despite asking them EVERY time we get a bill to take it off, they have been billing us $30 a month for the one we dont have, going on 6+ months
They canceled our water service for having a past due bill for $40. We were NEVER notified, billed via mail or e-mail and then sent to collections. Horrible Company.
