Great experience! We were assigned Lee Mills as our designer as a walk-in to Designs by Raymond and could not have been happier. Ours was a small to medium size job, but Lee treated it as though it was a major renovation. She was always conscious of our budget as we went through the project and was always open to our input. She made multiple changes to the design as we worked through our vision for our condo. She paid attention to the little things that really made a difference in the final design. Lee was in our condo at various stages of the installation. This was especially important as were up north for a large part of the project. The cabinet installation was led by Willie and it was quick and flawless. Our kitchen is fantastic, and we would recommend Lee Mills and her team without hesitation.

Extremely disappointed with Raymond.I visited this company 5 weeks ago and showed them a scale design for my home study project, and after reviewing details with me, the rep promised to send me a quote within a week. I received no quote after waiting patiently for 2 weeks, so I started calling after 14 days and again a few days later and left messages, but no one returned my call. I then returned again to the showroom after 3 weeks and met with the original rep who apologized and promised my quote within 2 days. It’s now 10 business days later since this 2nd visit and I’m still waiting for his first quote. Not even an interim call or email to aplogize or state a delay. I’m sorry I wasted 5 weeks plus 2 visits plus several follow up calls with your company. You never know who your customer is, and how many potential referrals might be lost. The lack of common courtesy shown by your firm is not just poor service, it’s sheer puzzling. If this is how you treat a simple quote, I can’t fathom what it must be like to actually wait for your production and install.

I made a purchase of building supplies and scheduled to be delivered on Friday 11/9. This first part I was taken care off by Joey Doucet who was very courteous and helpful. The delivery part is the customer service disaster Im writing about.I thought I was dealing with a reputable company therefore I scheduled workers for Saturday the 10th. Delivery never happened on Friday. I never got a call from Raymond even though I left several messages between the hours of 2 and 5 pm on Friday. When I dialed 0 and asked to speak to a supervisor I spoke to Dell. He told me there was nothing he could do because it was up to dispatch. I told him dispatch was no answering nor returning my calls since 2 pm that I had left messages. He said they where working Saturday to wait and call dispatch at 7 am to see when my delivery was scheduled for. I started calling at 7 am Saturday 11/10 and the call would go to voicemail. It is 2:39pm on Saturday and none from Raymond has had the decesency or respect for the customers time to call me. This situation has cost me monetary, trust, and unnecessary stress which could have been avoided with a simple phone call.Raymond Building Supply of Naples, I would Not recommend your company to anyone I come in contact with. You have shown to me that you have a horrible customer service issue in your company. You dont give a Damm about the customers needs and you have a follow up breakdown. It doesnt matter if you give an awesome experience when the customer is purchasingaterials if you screw it up royally by the time the transaction is finished withe the delivery.
