When I bought my new home I immediately contracted with them to professionally coat my garage floor. I was verbally given a life time warranty . Five years and $2000 later it is blistering profusely and I am told the warranty is not valid. Go figure.

I have worked with Inspired closest for my new home in Naples. They did every closet, storage in the garage, and even a storage area under my stairs. They are excellent. My salesperson was knowledgeable and when I met her for the first time she designed the closets immediately on her computer. She worked off of the blue prints and priced them on the spot. Then she fine-tuned the plans once the area was constructed. I called another closet company who looked at my blue prints and told me to call her back when the walls were up. That would have been too late, since I planned where outlets would go, where the built in ironing board with go, etc. I, of course, used Inspired Closets. I am building a condo, and I will call Inspired Closets for that project as well. Thank you Inspired Closet. :)

Amazing, salesman came and listened to what we wanted, he made great suggestions. He drew up the closet designs on his computer right then and there. Courtney Designed the best closet configuration of the three designs I obtained. The showroom display showed the quality of the product including the built in drawers we picked. The install was quick and very clean. I am very happy with the whole experience.

I am pleased that I was referred by my neighbors to Custom Closets & More. The sales rep responded immediately to my and we made an appointment to look at my closet needs. He was quite helpful in inquiring about any special needs that I had for hanging clothes areas (long or short), shelving needs, hamper needs, tie needs, and hook needs. Rather than just trying to sell me a package, he guided me through the process of meeting my needs. Installation was accomplished in several hours by competent installers. After seeing a craft room your company had designed on line, I had Chris Reisen work with me on creating a multipurpose art studio in my den. The planning was a great experience. He understood my needs and how to design the room to function for all my art projects, and sewing and crafts as well. I got a great workspace and desk, work counter, flat files and storage areas that utilized the space so thoughtfully. I added a cork board wall for my idea planning and every step of the process led up to creating my favorite space in the house.I had just retired after having been the Chairperson of the Art Department at a Private New York City High School and now I can continue to create in a creative space. I had a fabulous experience with Custom Closets and More. From the non pushy sales staff too the conscientious installers. They installed garage storage and custom closet in my master bedroom. The work was impeccable and exactly what was agreed upon. After many years of experiencing sub-standard service it almost becomes the expectation, but not with these guys. If you live in the Naples area and are looking home storage solutions I recommend them without any reservations

I had a Murphy Bed installed as well as a closet. I am amazed at how much I can store in the closet now!I have a problem with the bed in that I cannot put it up or down by myself and have to wait for guests to arrive in order to make up the bed. This problem needs to be resolved.The staff, from sales to installation, has been excellent and I will recommend Custom Closets once I am satisfied with the bed set up.

Custom Closets and More did a wonderful job turning one room in my house into an office/library. They have a quality product and a super quality staff.

The finished product was excellent and we were very happy with it. There was some delay in getting the project finished due to incorrect measurements resulting in reordering of a few items. All in all we would recommend this company and thought the sales associate, Diana, was very good.

I was given a quote for a garage floor treatment in the Spring, I called in December and asked if that quote was still valid. And the answer was of course! They did a beautiful job. I loooooveeee my new garage floor.

The crew showed up at the scheduled time and immediately began the project. The job was completed in a matter of hours and the finished project is impressive.

We recently had two closets updated with Custom Closets & More and we were pleased with the whole process from start to finish. We look forward to using them again for other closets and the laundry room.

The product was wonderful, quality great, like the fact that they stand behind their product, it looks beautiful in the garage and actually space saving, however the service was not good - no one called us to apologize for the inconvenience of having to come back for another minor install . And no one called to set up a reschedule date until I called back, when I left a message, we were not called back until I called a second time, and then there was confusion with date, time and changes to that several tumes
