The cabinetry is excellent, the communication was prompt. The instructions for assembly were significantly lacking (if they were in the box at all), so be sure to watch their assembly videos. Also, you may need some basic, to intermediate, handy skills for attaching to the wall, and attaching any amenities that you order (molding, bottle racks, etc).

We worked with Sara Cayer on our kitchen design and layout. She was VERY patient with changes I was making and revised the plan several times with no issue! I was able to ask her plenty of questions and she had every answer. We were taking down a wall and moving appliances and sink locations, so a bit tricky. Communication via email, as well as phone, was excellent and it made the entire process very simple and stress free. The process and products were far superior to the 2 in person attempts I had made prior to using Wholesale cabinets. As a Christmas gift to my Wife, we began a kitchen makeover that I had intended when we designed and built our home over a decade ago. My wife and I are not afraid to take on home projects, which makes our project budgeting focus on “costs” vs. “price”. THE CABINETS I WANTED AT THE PRICE I WANTEDI discovered these cabinets at a large Florida Architectural Firm who had just installed them. Their designers could choose from ANY cabinets, so why did they choose WholesaleCabinets.US? I found the cabinets to be beautiful, well-built and sturdy (according to my installer), but far lower cost that the big box hardware store custom prices. I easily ordered cabinets for my own home, received them about 5 days later and had my installer assemble & install them. Heres a picture from the Architectural Firm which used the cabinets in a kitchenette adjacent to their main conference room.

First I have to give Brittany a massive thanks. Without her expert design and superior customer service, I would’ve never been able to complete this project. She understood everything I wanted and walked me through step by step on all the details of measurements, materials, installation and completion. These cabinets are so high quality that they make my “custom” new construction cabinets feel like trash. All doors and drawers close softly. No slamming doors like in my kitchen. Great cabinets, all around. Shipping was perfect, which I was pretty surprised for. They are packaged very well, shipping company was great, nice guy that delivered them. After opening and inspecting, no issues at all. (Pretty rare nowadays) Next we built the cabinets, one tiny issue with a drawer soft close part, was missing a lock mechanism, contacted customer service over the online chat, super nice person on their end, she shipped the part and an extra one as well, arrived quickly. I don’t like to leave poor reviews but I think had I known some of the things I know now I may have not purchased from this company. The customer service is great. Very attentive and patient with changes. I’ve had the cabinets now for about 8 months. My biggest issues is the sink area. If water gets on the doors and it’s not wiped up quickly the doors crack and expand. I am grateful they are covered under the warranty and they sent me a new door and a drawer front but make sure you do not let any water touch these cabinets doors or drawers!!! Think of press board when water touches it it expands. And that’s exactly what’s happened. My fear now is how many times will I need a new door if water gets on it again? Also they seem to chip easily. I purchased a touch up kit which has helped but still I can tell over time these cabinets are a bit high maintenance for my family. If your looking for durable and long lasting cabinets you’d do well to do your research and look elsewhere.

Completely powerless right now. Cabinets 10+ days late and now tenants will not be able to move in on time.Timeline:April 12th I reach out to wholesalecabinets about an apartment remodel.I recently purchased a duplex and Im renovating part of it to rent out. Theres a hard occupancy date of June 1. Im told by Cinthia 6-13 days lead time for cabinets, add 7 days if you want them assembled.April 28th I order cabinets (assembled), understanding 20 days would be their worst case scenario (target date: May 18th). This is right when the floors would be done and Id be able to install them without worrying about storing them. Everything seems OK and their website shows an estimated ship date of May 12th.May 18th I hadnt heard anything so I reached out to find out whats up. Rita tells me: One item is backordered until early June so well ship the rest of the order as its already done. Not only were they not arriving on the 18th, they hadnt even shipped!Three days later, no one has returned my calls, and their online chat person finally provides me with a tracking number (which was never emailed to me or posted to my account) and the delivery date is MAY 26th. I call the freight company who tells me they had JUST received the cabinets and that the 26th was inaccurate - it actually wouldnt be until the 28th!What the hell do I do with May 28th? My granite guy needs a week after theyre installed to cut / install granite. I have a lease in place and have been working my butt off to hit every deadline. Every moving piece of this renovation has come together perfectly EXCEPT these guys.I was recommended wholesalecabinets.us by a friend but they really dropped the ball on my order. Absolute disaster. Need to reschedule several contractors and tell tenants they dont have a place to move in.Edit: Changed from one star to two stars. I want to acknowledge that Cinthia was very helpful during the design process.

So ours story is a rocky one for sure. We searched everywhere for cabinets finally deciding to go with these because of partially, the turn around time to get the cabinets was so quick. Sara was a helpful designer Unfortunately, their warehouse was undergoing a system change and what was supposed to be two weeks ended up being 6. I was calling daily - they finally arrived and the shipping company wouldn’t deliver to our house so we had to meet them with a trailer. It was a nightmare but Daniel and Rita took care of us here they are the ones that pushed the order and ended up refunding us some money for our trouble. So then after the whole picking them up on the side of the street, we were missing a cabinet— so again the struggle to get the other cabinet began - again Daniel and Rita helped us through figuring this out— I still have a 5 star because this company worked their butts off to make things right for us. The cabinets we chose are excellent quality - so much nicer than anything we saw. And their staff is amazing! It was a rough ride but we are happy in the end!!

Taking a moment to share what a positive experience I had with WholesaleCabinets US. I shopped around online quite a bit since there are lots of providers, but what really got my attention was the free design service they offered. I sent in my media niche specifications on Sunday and by Monday afternoon I had a full-color rendering of what I was imagining. That was the first of a few iterations -- all free -- that helped me select the cabinets and accessories I needed. On top of that, WC US had the type of accessories I needed in the espresso shaker style that no one else offered. I was able to get all the puzzle pieces from a single retailer. Shipping was super fast and delivery was top-notch. Best of all, the cabinet quality is better than my Kraft Maid kitchen cabinets I purchased from Home Depot. Better color consistency and overall higher quality (the soft-close drawer glides are the best Ive seen). If youre remodeling a kitchen and need quality cabinets at a really affordable price, I dont believe youll find a better value anywhere.

I absolutely LOVE these cabinets! I am so glad I found this company! I have ordered and installed two different kitchens so far. Plus, I get to assemble them, so I know the glue is put where it is needed, all the screws are tight, and extra nails are used - and they are therefore done right!And now theyve blended the shipping costs into the cabinet prices, which seems like it will work out well for smaller orders. Even when a client had an issue with a slight crack in one cabinet door (likely humidity-related) a new one was shipped as soon as I contacted them and sent over a few simple pictures. Cant get any easier than that!I currently have two more kitchens in my cart right now, as I am finishing up the designs and double checking everything.Keep up the good work, keep the prices low, and Ill keep coming back! 😃👍

The sales associate are personable and pleasant. They all want to help. The actual product isn’t available. The website says cabinets are in stock. But, I Do Not believe that is true! I ordered on 7/22. Said it would take 10-12 business days! It is now 8/11. And my cabinets ARE NOT Shipped!!! I’m upset. I only have a window to get my kitchen done. My contractor has other jobs to do. This isn’t good service for any type of company. I believe what all of the other reviews have said. The cabinets should look great. I haven’t seen them. I have just been waiting. And praying that I haven’t been ghosted by this company. I left a message with Mrs Wood. She finally replied at 3:02. My cabinets will ship with a company. And my order number with that company. But, ONCE AGAIN NO TIME FRAME. AND NO CONFIRMATION THAT THEY HAVE LEFT THE WAREHOUSE. Do not trust this company. And, THE ICING ON THE CAKE IS THAT I LIVE IN NORTH MIAMI, THE OTHER SIDE OF INTERSTATE 75.

Anna and Rita are the dream team...with many obstacles to overcome they stuck with me and got the job done. Anna is easy to work with from a design perspective and was very open to questions and changes. Rita was the one who saw it through. Thanks for everything ladies:)

These cabinets are really nice quality and super easy to assemble. All the hardware was included and every single screw went perfectly into the pre-drilled holes. I was very impressed and the help with designing was great! Hopefully you get to work with Tyler he is very helpful! A+++++
