We will not be shopping at this store again. Staff member, speaking of a lady that is in her 20’s or 30’s, looks Asian. This woman has ruined our whole shopping experience. The clothes are very nice, we will visit another Pacsun but never again this one. That woman should not work in customer service.

I would not recommend shopping at this PacSun . Customer service here is aweful ! I will not be returning here ever. That’s why you walk in & it’s empty, customers should not have to put up with employees that are so disrespectful. They should switch out the manager.

Will not visit here again. Rude customer service, they seem to be bothered by customers. My kids like pacsun so I will take them else where, these employees need a change in attitude. Starting with the MANAGER. I will definetly reach out to GM so that he or she knows whats going on, what a shame.

Beautiful store, everyone was helpful and the atmosphere was fun. Staff is great and they make you feel welcomed and is there for you.

This place is really dirty the dressing room are so dusty is incredible how they not take sometime to clean this place. Everything else is good

The asian lady who manages it is the rudest person i have ever met. She sold me a deformed shirt and wouldn’t let me exchange it. Don’t shop there. It sucks
