Ordered this trash off door dash and I’m so let down. Paid a $7 delivery fee and waited an hour for some gas station quality frozen burrito that was microwaved. Couldn’t be more upset. The reviews made this sound amazing, and now I’m hungry. Folks, don’t order from here if you’re expecting food.
Great concept. I decided to go check out this place and study there. While there, I had a chai latte and a tuna melt sandwich & soup combo. The chai latte was really good. Sandwich had a good flavor but cheese was not melted. Soup had a good flavor though a little salty to my taste. They also had plenty of outside seatings. Would definitely go back and try other menu items.
-An absolutely worthwhile experience.Overall, I really loved the cafe. The gluten free, dairy free pasteries were extremely well dialed in and tasted like the real deal. The coffee itself however was way too watery for my liking. The espresso wasnt bitter, however it wasnt pulled quickly enough. The coffee was VERY HOT be aware, you will burn your mouth. The machine seriously needs to be dialed in Better. The service however was beyond friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The aesthetics were stunning and truly Instagram worthy if thats your thing. Id definitely come here for the pastries and the environment to read and write in, but the coffee isnt quite for me. For anyone with food allergies or anyone traveling though this is a must see!
The place itself is unique and cool. We brought the kids and they liked the bikes on the walls. But a little bit of a disappointment for me, is they dont have a kids menu. We worked around it just fine. Good selection of beer. The food is average. Kinda pricey for Panera type food. A good 4stars because its different and because they have a little bit of selection beer.

Wow new Fit n Fuel will be a destination very . This well kept secret of local year round residents carries a complete line of Bone hook local Brew and a supporting cast of other great beers. Grouper tacos 3 in an order are excellent and their multi- grain chips and salsa are addicting. Wish they had it to buy for the house.Second visit with Bobby and Zack waiting on us making the experience feel like your standard corner bar in the city with an awesome craft beer selection. I started with the Greenman trickster then to the Stone stone draft IPA. I wanted a sprintzone, made into a wrap,and everyone else had a tarmac. We started with there world Famous salsa and convection chicken wings that blow the fried variety out of the water. Mark and his crew have perfected their vision of a thoughtful, creative, eclectic-mix of food and beverage. Including extensive ice tea and coffee selections for serious coffee drinkers. Like the craft beer? Even get a Fit n Fuel growler can Togo. This my new favorite corner bar and destination point at paragon plaza.

This place is adorable...it’s connected to the best local bike shop in the area through a roll-up door and serves a really great mix of coffee, some real food (avocado toast and whatnot) and pastries. Also has beer and wine for when that’s better (I count 16 taps) and has both indoor and outdoor space.Highly recommended...great place for a meal or just a coffee.
The food was great! They have a wonderful beer selection. We brought our dog and our waitress was super accommodating getting him fresh water and a banana to munch on. Had a wonderful experience ☺️

We used to like this place a lot. Only reason I’m giving it two stars is because they have a good menu and beer list. The last two times we’ve gone we’ve been completely ignored and can’t even get so much as a water and menu after sitting there for 10-15 minutes, we’ve had to get up and walk out two times now. The service has dramatically gone down hill...
Used to be better but the Horrible service is just too much. They are rude and ignore you. The past two times we’ve been they don’t even acknowledge us. We had to get up and leave. The food is OK and they have a good beer list but it’s not worth the attitude you get from theme IF they even come to the table at all. We won’t be going back.
This place has such a great vibe. Ive been many times over the years and it just keeps getting better, from the vibe to the menu. This particular Saturday afternoon I really enjoyed the live music with a latte, and then a little later a bagel & lox which was one of a number of a wide range of tasty options on the menu.
Great coffee and nice outdoor space for a pit stop before, during our after a ride! Will have to come back later to try the tap selection!

Beautiful interior. The best Cobb salad I’ve ever had. Genuine people and hospitality. And then add in an excellent bike driven atmosphere and legit shop. This is the kind of effortless cool and diversity that reminds me of great places in Colorado and California. Thank you so very much for the artful delivery of your creativity and care for us Neapolitans to enjoy. I can’t wait to come back.

Best coffee in Naples without a doubt. They serve Panther coffee, much better than Starbucks! Great breakfast pastries and the staff is always enjoyable to talk to. Best part is it’s uniqueness, as it is attached to Naples Cyclery. Fun atmosphere and nice place to spend time talking with friends or doing work.

The staff was so friendly, and the coffee was very tasty. Great vibe inside and love how they also have outdoor seating. The bike shop it’s attached to is really great too. My husband got the breakfast burrito which he raved about, and the açaí bowl was very fresh and tasty.

Great place to stop while on a bike ride. Cold water is always ready at the door. Not gourmet exactly but perfect for what it is. Quick, some healthy choices, good energy packed food. The sausage and egg sandwich I had was delicious and protein filled so I could enjoy the next leg of the ride.

This place is awesome - it had a great vibe inside, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, really cool theme, great food and drink options too! The name initially made me cautious thinking it was a health but place, but it’s a wonderful treat! My husband and I sat outdoors studying online for 3 hours and enjoyed iced dirty chai lattes! We ordered large drinks and the size was rather disappointing. Finished our drinks within 20 minutes of being there (and I’m a slow drinker!)

Convenient and clean. Food was good, sort of connected to the bike shop that my bike was being repaired in. Funny thing with both, neither place gave me a bill. They just tell you how much your total is and you pay? People/ servers are super nice.

Cutest spunky and fun, quirky cafe in town. The staff is so incredibly sweet and nice, outgoing, incredibly attentive. The food was delicious; the hummus was the best Ive ever had. We are so excited to have a place that reminds us of places in New England.

Ive never dined in a cafe with such an aesthetically intriguing interior. There is plenty to look at while you chow down on your healthier breakfast/lunch/early dinner. I ordered the veggie wrap, which was served with crunchy blue corn tortilla chips and spicy salsa, along with an almond milk latte - all which were delicious. The service was extremely friendly, especially for a newbie. The only thing Im upset about is that I overheard the cashier asking if a customer behind me was a rewards member; where was my invite?
One of the ONLY modern, stylish, and interesting cafes in this ENTIRE part of the state. So happy to have discovered them! :)
Excellent place. Food was outstanding and service was just as good. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for quality food and great ambiance. Outdoor seating available and local brewery beers are always a good choice.

Nice place, nice atmosphere, I like that they cater to cyclists, but they need some Keto and Carnivore diet options. Everything is all carbs and sugar and thats not healthy for us low carb eaters.

My only justification for a 3 star and not a 1.5 star is the stylish modern renovation. I struggle to understand what reviewers ate to warrant their 5 star reviews. Perhaps they have better coffee and beer? Ive eaten twice at Fit & Fuel. The first time was a very dry, underwhelming BLT. For $10, I did expect to enjoy it. Reminded me of a high school cafeteria sandwich made with day old ingredients. Recently, I ordered the fish tacos. They were awful. Fish was too fishy (I get fish is fish, but the flavor illicited fears of impeding bad belly, Id think theyd care about quality control and sample what they are serving that day). Flour tortillas in which they were served were not soft, seemed exposed to too much air. The few bits of pineapple was the only saving grace. The presentation was unimpressive, served in a stand up tray on top of white dish. No side accoutrement such as chips, fruit garnish ... felt as though something was left out. After all, presentation is part of the appeal. Rose tea was flavorless & watered down. Their website makes it sound like an elegant indulgence. Waste of money for $12. With so much competition in this town, Id think theyd desire to go out on a limb to not serve average.They renovated their space. Mindfulness to food quality and preparation would have rounded them out to be a great eat-out or socialize-out in Naples option, but its not for me.
Bike side was good and friendly but the restaurant side has no servers that would wait on us even after we asked and then moved up to the bar.... We left and ate elsewhere.
I was greatly disappointed by the service my roommate and I received while stopping in Fit & Fuel on our way to the beach for the afternoon. Our barista took a long time to make our drinks after making our orders, we had to make multiple corrections, and after I had to wave down a barista to order a pastry he went and did something else before ringing me up, and another worker ignored me while I waited. We weren’t treated kindly, and left and ended up not enjoying our drinks or the pastry.
I am a picky eater. I tried this place due to getting off an estimate later than expected. They were open! Very impressed with quality of food and presentation!! Great job. This is what makes people come back!!!Dan- pohlcustomcabinets

Ive tried a number of, so called, coffee places down here, and Fit&Fuel is the only one that understands espresso as it should be. Another place charged me $9.50 for a triple espresso. Here it was $3.70 for a quad
