The delivery man is impolite without any any idea how customer service works. Our son was home by himself when our order arrived, used his card to pay but the delivery guy kept saying the payment didnt go through.Quick check online proved him wrong, a fact I tried to explain over the phone. Did Mr customer service listen? No! Kept saying that his machine has been working all day and that the problem is ours. Nice!Took the food with him, we had to go to pick it up with proof that the payment was made. No compensation was offered and on top this, our order was missing one portion of rice and salad. Never again and Ill be sure to bad mouth Minos from now on.

I go here often. Best food restaurant in the area. Friendly staff and quick service. The only place that serves good curry too.

I ordered food via restaurant’s webpage and got a confirmation to my e-mail as well. I waited for more than 1,5 hours and when I called to the restaurant they said that the webpage is not working and orders cannot be made through the webpage but I should order online? Isn’t that a same thing... never using this restaurant again. If you want to have your food delivered, don’t use this restaurant Mino.

So this is the best! Shawarma-kebab-pepperoni-pineapple-jalopeno + oreg and vs. And pepper sauce chicken + ranut and butter chicken also great.

Food was ordered yesterday, the wrong doses were received and the food was lukewarm. Called after, the phone was answered by a man who said the restaurant is not open but he is sick at home. (Where do they make the food?) He promised us the portion we ordered. After 2 hours we called again, telling them they were in a lot of hurry to see if it would be appropriate for the dose to come tomorrow at 2pm. When nothing was heard, we called again. The number did not answer.

I ate a really tasty bread bean in Mino. I recommend the bread bean to others. The bread was baked nice and crispy.

Puny! 1 star gets the person in charge even trying to replace the mocha. The pizza vendor brought half of the ordered portions, and before he could say anything, he knocked on the door, but he charged the money right. Called after, and promised to bring the rest of the order immediately, after 20min no food was still visible. Eventually when the food was brought in, the portion was wrong, the specialist was paid, but the normal was brought. Called again, it was said that all would get one coke, and the wrongly delivered portion as a refund, the jerk finally came 45min after the first portions had been brought in and arrogantly asked what was supposed to be cold and insisted on getting the wrongly delivered portion. I will never order anymore, nor do I recommend it to others, the customer is clearly not important, and you get a little of what happens.

The place is suitable for families. Eating is very good, the prices are reasonable, and the food is excellent

It didnt work as a cheese gum in a roller kebab. I havent come across anywhere else.
