I came across this store the other day while shopping at the sneaker store next door. I walked in really quick and saw that they bought designer items. I typically do not buy or sell consignment but I had a few items that I thought would be good to sell instead of donating it like I usually do. I honestly tried really hard to love this place but unfortunately I did not. The lady at the front was really nice but the two girls working consignment in the back were rude. When I approached them they immediately asked me if I was there for consignment and I said no that I wanted to sell my items for cash on the spot. They said they don’t do cash on the spot which contradicts was is written on their website. Once I called it out they were like ok just leave your items on the table and take a look around in the store while we price your items. Then the two girls continue their personal conversation pretty much disregarding me in general. It probably took them maybe like 5 min to then tell me that my items were not worth anything for cash upfront and that my best bet would be consignment. I nicely said no and she just basically threw my items on the counter and turned her back. Overall her attitude was lousy and standoffish like I wasted her time or something. My items were in excellent condition compared to some of the stuff I saw in there. I honestly rather donate my things then to ever go back there again. I saw some of the designer pieces that were for sale and it is clear that they are making more money out of their customers than the customer are making in return. Overall just bad customer service and not worth the drive into Naples..

My experience is much the same as some others. These girls are rude and unprofessional. Youre supposed to be grateful they let you in to admire the clothes. If they know you and have gotten your money previously, great, but if not you get the look. Yes, Ive consigned with you and how nice of you to to give me four (4) days to pick up my items going into a holiday weekend. Im currently out of town-- hmm a snowbird in Naples out of town in August - What a surprise! Please dont give me the auto response that youre sorry about my experience to make it look like you care. Just change your ways. Not worth coming in to pick up and dealing with the attitudes.

My wife goes here regularly, she always comes home with bags of nice clothes.. staff are nice and friendly ... the owner is awesome.. very attentive and looks after her customers.. thank you !!

This place is an absolute gem! Amazing finds, fantastic prices and the service is white glove all the way. The best is that I live in Minnesota and able to do everything via phone and online. Not only is my entire wardrobe is practically from there but I now sell my unused items. Definitely use them to consign. They take care of the shipping and it is very turnkey! Visiting True Fashionistas is the highlight of my week. The staff is amazing - knowledgeable, friendly, totally great. The designer selection is unmatched & prices are great. I do most of my shopping on their live shows & website which are a must for any serious shopper. Love this store!!!!

Fabulous store. Awesome staff. In store and online great designer finds. All items in great condition. Chanel, Gucci, lululemon, Prada, etc. very easy to consign with as well. Plus live shows certain mornings you can shop from comfort of your home:)

I had a very unprofessional experience at the store today.I dont get down to Naples often, but was down there today and decided to sell some items. I have previously sold items but it has been awhile. When I walked in I didnt know where to go so I got in line. I get to the front of the line and the lady tells me to go to the end of the counter where another lady is sorting clothes. So I follow instructions and have to tell the lady I want to sell items. Wasnt acknowledged so it felt like I was interrupting her. She asks if I sold before and I have but it had been a year or two. She tells me to fill out the form with my first name, last name and signature and tells me she will see if Im still in the system. I fill out the form with the info she tells me to provide. She goes back to what she is doing while my bag full of items just sits on the counter. She finishes what she is doing but moves on to another task, ignoring my bag full of items. I stand around while keeping an eye on my items since it is sitting out there in the open on the counter.The items continue to sit on the counter, in the meantime another employee checks out several customers who are buying things.My bag full of items is sitting there and she is checking out customers while literally having to work around my bag which just sits there.Meanwhile the ladies are loudly talking back and fourth with each other across the store, very rude. Im standing there getting more annoyed and at that point Im ready to just take my items and leave when I notice an employee talking to another employee while looking over at me. They are speaking in a language that is foreign to me so I speak up and say those are my items and how long would it take to go through them and produce a quote. There are only 4 items. One of the ladies just takes the items, and I repeat myself that I want to know how long it was going to take. She says shell do it right now. It doesnt take long. The quote she produces was reasonable but at that point I felt very disrespected and did not want to give my items/business to True FashionistasNeedles to say, I will not be going back and will not refer anyone else to do business with them.

I’ve shopped here frequently in the past, but the last couple of visits the staff has been rude and very dismissive. Yesterday the two girls behind the counter were extremely dismissive to certain people you could tell they did not know. Was very disappointing to see. I’ll be taking my future business to other local designer resale shops where everyone feels welcome.

True Fashionistas is THE place to go for gorgeous designer clothing and accessories at a great price. You can consign your own high end designer goods and purchase the “like new” items in the shop. I have done both and it works like a charm. If you are looking for a particular designer, the shop will email you when an item by that designer comes in. I just purchased a gorgeous Chanel bag because the owner texted me a picture - l really appreciate that kind of service. Because of that, I was able to see it and purchase it right away before it was gone. I love this shop and highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates the finer things in life at a bargain.

On one occasion, I walked into the store out of curiosity. I prefer to shop on Amazon, eBay, and other platforms to get my deals. Prices are overpriced for used stuff, and buying a pre-owned item is not a deal, after all. Another benefit of shopping online is excellent return policy!

My husband, son and myself were vacationing in Florida and we stumbled across True Fashionistas shop as my son wanted to shop at the hobby shop across the plaza. Best trip we ever took! I was so excited when I walked into the store. I love Lily Pulitzer clothing and the variety was amazing. The store was organized by size and color, the staff was especially helpful and patient, and the accessories were plentiful to choose from.My husband who never buys for himself left with numerous Tommy Bahama clothing and insisted we go back. We went 3 times during our two week vacation!Fun clothing for any occasion and the price is perfectly affordable!

This consignment shop in Naples Florida is the real deal. They have most designer clothes and bsgs etc that I have seen in a long time. Every time I come I spend an hour maybe more to find the best deals. The staff are so nice and helpful as well. You won’t regret stopping by.

I have been looking for a Kate Spade bag for a while and thankfully stumbled across True Fashionistas online and they had the bag I was looking for at an amazing price. I was initially concerned about the quality since I was not local and was not familiar with the online store. Thankfully the bag arrived quickly and was just as described. I had one of the happiest, most successful shopping experiences recently at Fashionistas of Naples. I bought a perfectly fitting dress, 2 black belts and a staff person choose the perfect top to match multicolored tights which I had. I wore the top and tights to a 70th birthday party bash and received many compliments on my outfit and danced up a storm!

All the sale girls at this store are amazing. Great experience.

Staff is not customer oriented, nice to some not others. They talk to each other across the store quite loud and they spend a lot of time talking to each other instead of greeting or helping customers. Plus their size range is not good anymore. I used to shop here a lot cause of prices, staff and size range, now its all gone downhill in my opinion. Cant recommend anymore 😑😶😐.

Staff is rude, unprofessional, not customer oriented. Seems as if they like to overprice items they want to keep for themselves: item can not be sold at that price, then sending email to client to pick it up or donate it, then not responding to clients email answer asking to hold item a while because client is currently out of town ...... then the item is gone, donated they say. Haha. Happened to a Chanel item they priced at $450.

Im not sure how to decipher their pricing. I was offered $74 for a pair of Prada shoes new/unworn(Price tag was still attached), a new pair of unworn Halston heels. Four dresses in great condition, all designer from Versace Versus to Vince Camuto. INSULTING! They have the nerve to charge $750 for worn shoes. Laughable.

I was very sad to pull this store listing up and see poor reviews. I am a single, professional, working mother on a budget. I could never pull off my professional look without this store and its staff. They are always friendly and efficient. The clothing is always beautiful and in great condition, and the pricing is very good. Today I am wearing a Dolce and Gabana skirt that I purchased from the store, and I get compliments on it every time I wear it. Nobody has to know that I purchased it second hand. Its my little secret. Well, I guess until now. I havent been to the mall in ages, and this store is the first place I go when I am looking for something new. Try it out, you will not be disappointed.

I personally think they are slightly too expensive. Based on the fact that many things in this shop you can get at Miramar Outlets for the same price and they arent used. Large selection but there are many other consignment shops in Naples that actually operate at consignment prices.

Omg. I cannot get enough of this place. This is our first stop when we visit from DC. My fix for St. John and Prada. None of our DC consignors compare to the selection and quality we see here. And especially to fit my size 8/10 badonkadonk! We are returning this weekend so I can bring my 16-yr old stepdaughter. Thats the other thing, something for everyone, Im in my 40s. Oh yeah, and my husband always finds Robert Graham and Tommy Bahama, his favorite!
