I just witnessed the rudest patient ever giving the office staff a lot of lip and attitude . She came into the office and immediately attacked the innocent staff in a loud and vulgar manner. Im sure she will write something negative regarding this incident .My purpose is to compliment the entire staff on the manner in which they handled this boorishhulk.These are some of the best eye doctors in Naples and the optical shop is also excellent.

I was in naples on vacation and lost a nose pad on my eyeglasses. Contacted Dr Eads office and was invited to come right in. Diane in the optical department repaired the frame in just a few minutes. Wow great service! Jack Miksch
