Went here again recently and it’s still so good. They also added a new stuffed Reesie’s cup cookie to the menu, tasted so good :)

With this Napless, FL location being under new management the products and service are now outstanding. Everything is baked fresh daily and the place is neat, organized and spotless. I ordered a cookie cake and it was moist and fresh and truly delicious. I highly recommend this establishment for all your cookie/cake needs.

Despite ordering online two days prior on 10/23 for a 12pm pickup on 10/25 the order was NOT ready. We arrived at 12:30 for pickup and was told there was no order. We provided full name and details to no avail. I was told there were no online orders. I had to pull up the confirmation email with the order number (that explicitly says would not be needed for pickup) only to have them suddenly see the order. Needless to say we waited for the cookie. I gave a two star rating instead of one star because someone hustled to get it done at 1pm. The place wasn’t busy so no real excuses.EDIT: Hindsight is 20/20 but after reading other reviews this appears to be pretty standard for this location.

Ordered a cake for my baby shower and it came out with two different fonts and looked like a child did it. Decided to give them another chance and ordered a cake for my TWIN siblings birthday and they only put one name and smeared off the second name because it “didn’t fit” as well as making the lettering for the entire message sloppy. While waiting to place my order along with 3 other people, the only worker that was on duty was on a break sitting in the food court! While their cookies are amazing, they will not be getting my business. They need to hire people who actually know what they’re doing.

Very disappointed with the customer service! While picking up my sons birthday cookie cake he was made fun of for the design of the cake. The cashier went as far as making fun of my son saying he was way too short for his age, while laughing about it with her co-worker. I will not be returning!

Paid $302 weeks out to have a cookie cake made for my daughters birthdayI went to pick it up and it had nothing I requested... they than tried to make the right one in 10 min that my child could have done better now I can go hone and explain to her that she wont have a cookie cake for her birthday, wow...Its said because she was soo excited because she hates cake...

Standing here waiting for cake that I pre-paid for online several days ago to be pick up at 3pm. I called this morning to speak to a manager about picking it up at 2:30 and was told ok. Only to arrive and be told they were supposed to call me and it was going to be another hour. Now I am watching as the piece mill the cake together because the size I ordered isn’t even baked. If the party wasn’t a surprise and in a few hours I would ask for a refund and walked out. Now being offered a discount on a future cake which does me no good and I can’t rely on the business.

I just got 2 cakes for my sons 4th birthday and both came out beautiful and delicious. George and Sally are running it great. George put wonderful detail in my sons Ninjago cake and all the kids and parents were in aww with the design. I will always come back to you guys. Love you guys!!!

Not friendly employee refused to take my Birthday cookie cake order over the phone. Said the only way I could order was over the internet. After hanging up I called Publix and ordered over the phone and the cookie was ready a few hours later. Horrible business practices, no wonder the customer rating is so low.

Never coming back. They have an issue with roaches and I have seen them crawling around the walls. The workers don’t seem to care about anything than just about themselves. I have been there so many times and there are times when I get hard cookies and I know for a fact that they haven’t been baked recently

Amazing and so addicting. We love this place.

Choice is good but quality of cookie is dreadful; over-use of grease product in production meant a dreadful taste. Even my cookie loving son rejected these immediately.

Dont support this bussiness, if youve eaten from here and gotten sick its probably because the main person never uses gloves

Employees wont serve you until they are gossiping first, then the attitude this employees give you is ridiculous. Disrespectful to say the least. Never again, not even about customer service its about respect and manners.
