I was looking for a vendor that could provide high resolution scanning services for a rare photographic archive. I had specific resolution requirements and I asked Copies Plus for the dpi and costs per scan. Instead I received the candid response We have responded several times. This vendor couldnt be asked to take the time to provide a detailed price list for their services.
