I submitted a same day order online at 12pm which said pickup by 8:30. At 8:15 on my way to staples, I got a call saying their printer was broken and they cannot print them. Not only that, but they wouldnt have them the next day either... but they would have them probably by the end of the week. After I said I needed them for an event the next day the person hung up. I called the next day to cancel and get a refund and was told the order was cancelled, but I didnt get a refund confirmation. It wasnt until I specifically asked a corporate help desk person that I got a confirmation of refund.
