My twenty year old knives have never been shaper since I took them to Pro Edge! These men offer some of EVERYTHING. I ended up having my knives sharpened, bought some true imported Italian food, a case of paper towels, and some amazing cleaning chemicals.I appreciate the customer service that I received and the product knowledge was outstanding. I work for a tailor shop in town and when our usual scissor sharpener retired we put off finding someone new.After a while we came to a point where we desperately needed it done and after reading the reviews I decided to try Pro Edge and Im so glad I did.The price is good, the service is fast and our scissors came out great.When I got to work and passed out the scissors one tailor started using them and a minute later said oh these are nice!So yes, we highly recommend going with Pro Edge.

What a pleasant surprise to find wonderful imported Italian food when I went to get my knives sharpened. I have been looking for ricotta salata for some time and they had it! I read the Google reviews and tried the sharpening and really appreciated the honesty about the knives I brought in. You can’t beat the $6.50 price per knife. I will be back!!
