For the last 15 years Ive been visiting Naples Ive always defaulted to Kilwins to enjoy their toasted coconut ice cream, but while my girlfriend and I were walking down 5th one night we decided to try Gelato & Co. Delicious! We both tried several different flavors but I think my favorite is mint chocolate chip.. Its not too sweet, or too mild, nor is it too bold. For the extra dollar definitely opt for two scoops over one! You may even want three.

The best Gelato in FL! Coffee gelato flavor is amazing, eclair was fresh, the staff is friendly, the place is very clean inside.

This place has sooo many choices of baked Italian sweets and gelato and sorbet. The heart shaped sorbet was delicious! They have a gluten free lemon almond cake and chocolate cookies!

The gelato was absolute magic, they have 25 flavors and so many toppings, but they also sell pastries, that are absolutely beautiful. Definitely going back .

Was recommended to try Tiramisu and Gelato here. Wow. Im happy. I really enjoyed the atmosphere here. The decorations are pretty. The place is kept nice and tidy. They also have coffee.This place is really cheerful and bright. So were my Tiramisu and yogurt ice-cream and mixed berries and lemon gelato. Will definitely come back. Want to try everything they sell.

Late night Gelato run. A little line on a Wednesday night at 9:40pm. Nice selection of goodies to choose from. Had 3 types of Gelato 1. Mint Chocolate 2. Tiramisu 3. Straciatella all was very good.Clean and nicely decorated store. Servers were okay.

So many great flavors. I want to go back for their cookie Gelato sandwiches.

Everything is outstanding, including the ambience and the staff, it feels like being home 🇮🇹The gelato is a little bit on-the-sweet-side for my taste, but is really good. I was sadly disappointed by the cappuccino. Hope they train their staff to do it properly, Italians will appreciate it :)

Great place to stop and get something cool, after shopping under the Florida sun. Was pleased with the portion size, the small was just the right amount.

I didnt get any bad service from the staff like the others. I love the gelato, very rich and tasty. We liked it so much, that we bought a second round. This is probably the best gelato I have ever had, but I have not been in Italy yet 😃

Gelato cookies and cream style was worth the price of admission. Long line on a Friday night moved quickly and service was exceptional. Must visit in Naples.

The gelato is wonderful, however, their assortment of cookies, baked goods and pastries is not to be missed. The hazelnut shortbread are my personal favorite and I cant help but picking up a batch (or two) when we visit.

Wow! Run don’t walk over to this amazing establishment. The sights and the aroma are enough to draw you inside, but you will forever be hooked on returning once you taste their most delicious desserts. They make their desserts in house and you can definitely taste the quality and love that goes into each item. Besides scoops of gelato you can try their popsicles (see pics) or a variety of other desserts. My wife had an amazing lemon and spearmint sorbet. Neither flavor overpowered the other and it was extremely refreshing. I tried one of the “gelato sandwiches” ( I apologize I did not get the official name). It was chocolate gelato sandwiched between two wafer like cookies, with dark chocolate on one half, then rolled in chopped pistachio. (Pic included) It was so good, I almost went back for another. Beside the chocolate and pistachio flavored gelato sandwich I enjoyed, they also had a few other flavors (see pic). I am definitely going back to try some different flavors.The prices and portions were VERY reasonable for the deliciousness they serve. With a cute seating area inside and some tables outside as well, it was a relaxing way to enjoy our evening.

Awesome assortment of pastries, cookies and sweets.Coffe, expresso and lattes (cafe con leche).Gelattos are all awesome, hard to make a decision on which flavor, but the friendly staff us happy to let you try them, inside and outside seating available.

Very trendy dessert shop. They have everything from. Gelato, cookies, ice cream sandwiches all made in house. They also have a coffee bar and sandwich station. Their passion fruit Gelato was very tasty and it was not sour.

Very poor customer service. My mom tried a bite of my cheesecake because I knew she wouldn’t like it so I asked the woman to take the slice she wrapped and give my mom the tiramisu and she got a manager who proceeded to tell me that she would have to throw the cheesecake out and could not give my mom a replacement. So I left the cheesecake there. Very bad business and I guess they don’t make fresh cheesecake being that they close in 5 minutes and she would rather lose a customer rather then make fresh cheesecake tomorrow

Everything is delicious here. You can’t go wrong. Bad part, you walk into a line right at the door.Edit: they changed the line formation and the flow through the store is much better.

Good looking place with many choices. But as far as gelato, I was disappointed. It’s about the texture and the fat level. Not far but not quite the real thing either. I will keep on spending my summer in Italy for gelato and winter in Florida for my American food crave. ;)

The best gelato i’ve ever had. If i had to recommend a place to someone it would for sure be here. I wish i could get this everyday . I got the nutella and it was amazing. Very creamy, soft, and smooth. Lots of options for flavors as well as many coffee options. A few seating indoors as well as outdoors.

Went to this place few times. The quality of their products and their service is pretty consistent..... Never been disappointed..... The Dulce de lece with caramel is very good..... Their pastries are delicious as well...... Their prices are fair considering the high quality of their products..... Definitely an experience to have 👍👍👍

Wonderful gelato, you can choose from a large set of flavors! I tried three of them: Bacio (Nutella), Dulche de Leche (Caramel), Brownie&Caramel. And I was absolutely satisfied that select this place)

We visited this wonderful place three times, and were delighted each and every time. They are magicians with chocolate as each and every type of chocolate gelato was magical. Their hazelnut was deep and rich in flavor and delightful. The only flavor that didnt wow me with the Salted Caramel however it was a small detail. The pistachio was also delicious, and had none of the unfortunate nests of pistachio ice cream but all of the deliciousness of gelato.

Only bad thing about this place is that its overpriced,expect NYC prices here. They have delicious gelatos with rich flavor.They have coffee,organic juices,ice creams and cakes. You can order cake and they will make it for you. Great pastries and macarons too. Overall good place,4 stars only because of price.

A family member of mine would drive from Tampa to Naples just to have gelato from this establishment. I had to see what the hype was all about and I was very pleased. I’ve been made a believer for someone who doesn’t care for ice cream/gelato. Loved the variety of Italian goods that were available and the coffee-2 thumbs up. I can surely understand why one would drive close to 3 hours to visit. Service was excellent which helps.

Overpriced gelato in a rich neighborhood so I guess it lives up to the situation. Other than that its nothing special but Ill give it 4 stars because its the only place to get gelato...Tldr- its not bad but its not great either.

Best gelato in Naples!! We have traveled around Italy on a mission to find our favorite gelato places. And this one is up there among our favorites and in our backyard!!

Food nad coffee are simply fantastic!! A real Italian treat yo the palate.

This has to be the best and most authentic gelato in all of Southwest Florida. I can’t wait to make an excuse to go back and try some more things, like the lovely cakes.

5-star Gelato and deserts. The service is quick although not really amazing but I guess when you have a line of 20 people it is OK to not make small talk. The Gelato was absolutely amazing... smooth, creamy, bold taste... I would eat it every day. We had strawberry and vanilla Gelato Popsicles, then Gelato cups with tiramisu, chocolate rum, mint, and peanut butter chocolate AND one canolli. Everything was amazing!

Stay away from this place if you want good ice cream and gelato. You can tell from just looking at it that it is filled with fillers in artificial flavors and stabilizers. We bought some despite my on-site reservations. It was a big mistake.

I am only giving this a 2 star because I asked for a three scoop Gelato and I only got a half a scoop of each flavor in my cup. It literally was rim high no higher. I asked the staff that was working there, if that’s how they normally do it and there answer to me was because they have to fit it into the cup. Like come on you can’t do three full scoops in a cup and have it go above the rim. All pictures online were above the rim. If your gonna give half scoops i would of got a cone. My parents and husband all got a cone and it was a full three scoop. My parents felt so bad so they were sharing with my toddler too. So this being said never get a cup! But over all the gelato was really worth getting. That’s why I am giving it 2 stars. Still very annoyed I paid for a large and really only got a little bigger then a small.

INCREDIBLE GELATO! This was a most amazing gelato. It was creamy and rich, but not overwhelmingly rich so I could finish the cone 😁. I got straccitella, I believe that’s the spelling, and the chocolate flakes were a bit sparse for a good straccitella, as that’s not my first time with the flavor. Yet it is my favorite straccitella because the vanilla was so amazing! 10/10!

The stuff is incredible but next time I want a milkshake I will just order two scoops and Stir It Up real good myself I got chocolate chip and its like Im drinking ice cream flavored milk literally its so runny all my chocolate chips are at the bottom of my cup...i even asked him to make it real thick🙄... liquid

First time here tonight and must say it was amazing. Almost didnt go because such a large group out front, soon realized they all had their dishes. The fast moving line and fast pace of the staff had us in and out in ~8 mins.I opted for the sorbet and chose a tropical mix of banana and mang, a scoop of each (with a little chocolate drizzle). Definitely the best sorbet Ive had in years. The texture and fresh fruit flavors would make you think it was more than frozen water.We also tried the mint chip gelato, since that is my favorite ice cream flavor. No comparison with grocery store ice cream, not even close (Im embarrassed I made a comparison at all).The shop is beautifully designed and extremely clean. More than just gelato, they have all kind of sweet, homemade indulgences.The knowledgeable, super friendly staff was impressive too, considering it was almost 11:00 on a Saturday (they still had smiles). If you havent been, its a must.

Great location, excellent gelato, but horrible customer service.....We had friends visiting from Chicago, so we bring them to try the local Gelato....Although we visit often and the service is always mediocre this time was way below the standards of any business....From the lady serving the gelato into a broken cone to giving attitude when we politely ask to be changed, to the manager on the floor who not even cared about anything that we addressed to him...5th Avenue deserve lot better customer satisfaction experience not matter what kind of business is....

Such rude personal! We got 1 almond milk latte with vanilla and another one with mocha. I was charged $17! And they taste HORRIBLE! Burned grass on my tongue. They were nice enough to return $8 back, but I am so dissatisfied, and I don’t recommend their coffee to anyone who has tastebuds.

Mediocre gelato at best. Rude staff. My 5 year daughter ordered a mango gelato and it was inedible. They refused to give her a different flavor and were rude about it.

I have never left a review before in my life!!!I am simply amazed and Appalled.This was my second time at Gelato & Co. Both the visits Left much to be accomplished. Apparently the proprietor is comfortable with having “children” running the store. I was asked probably six times how I would like my coffee prepared, no worries. I ordered a turkey Panini and was astonished when they handed it to me. I sat on 5th Ave., South bistro style looked at my sandwich and could not find any turkey on it. I went inside and asked one of the children sales people if I could have some turkey for my sandwich. The young lady looked at me as if I was from Mars. She spoke to the other child working with her, they both turned around and looked at me trying to make me feel uncomfortable of which is next to impossible. When the youngster returned she had a slice of turkey so thin you could see through it I said nothing other than thank you went outside took a photo of it put it on my Panini and ate Panini lettuce and mayonnaise. The past occasion and first trip to the store my wife purchased four individually wrapped cookies all four were completely stale and must have been on the shelf for at least two weeks. Due to the fact of paying my rent on 5th Ave., South does not provide the right to insult customers with portions and war costs. I certainly will be the first to inform any one that reads this review I nor anyone in my family will ever return to that establishment.

Had the tiramisu a couple days ago and it was excellent. Came back to try some of their other pastries today and they were super dry. Sooo inconsistent!. Let the manager know, she informed us we could BUY something else. Ummm...no thanks. That will be it for us.

Sorry it was supposed to be 5 Stars I must of slipped. My wife & I when we are on 5th we walk to your place from 41 and always have some of your delicious gelato and a Latte.

Beware!!! This place is super chintzy. I ordered three scoops and the gelato barely went over the top of the cup. I basically received three samples instead of three full ice cream scoops. I wish we would have stopped at the cupcake shop instead.
