My favorite Van Cleef & Arpels location. Marta is exceptional. She expresses appreciation even for a relatively small purchase. Marta is a professional and courteous sales associate and exudes the principles of the Maison.

I’ve walked in the Van Cleef store of Naples and i must say it wasn’t the same experience I have had with other branches. I did not feel welcomed at all, rather ordinary. The gal inside had an attitude and definitely not wanting to keep customers in.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. DO NOT BUY FROM A PRIVATELY OWNED VAN CLEEF BOUTIQUE. My husband purchased a bracelet for me. I called the store and asked to return it. They do not accept returns of any kind. It can never be returned once it’s purchased. If you want a Van Cleef piece of jewelry buy from corporate Van Cleef. Their customer service is wonderful and they provide a 30 day return policy. I will never shop here again.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of Alhambra pieces. We are always well received and well cared for when we visit. Highly recommend!
