This Toys R Us is pretty good. Organization and layout of the place is pretty navigable, and cleared of clutter. The cashiers could try a little better in acting like they enjoy working there.

We find what we need here but its often hard to find someone when you need help with something. Best way to get help is to find a cashier because you always know where they are. They will radio for someone to meet you at the area youre interested. Good thing is they seem to always have enough stock. This is a good store to shop but they go into basic core mode in the evenings.

I called from New Jersey and spoke to Mike P long distance on the phone. I had purchased two toys for my lovely niece Olivia here in Jersey and the USPS wanted to charge me $35.00 to send it to Naples AND it would take a WEEK!!!I explained the situation to Mike who was very helpful and professional.He sprung into action like Olivias personal Super Hero!When all was said and done, Olivia had her present, I didnt get ripped off and Im sure Mike P. is one step closer to a promotion.Its all about customer service and Mike P. is making this store shine above the rest.Thanks Mike.Anthony PerryMonroe Twp. Awesome store. The exterior needs some updating. Does not look appealing from the outside. But a good layout and easy to find anything you need once inside.

On Friday June 29, 2018 I came to this store around 3pm and the doors were locked but I could see inside the store. All the shelves were empty infact the entire store was completely empty. They have definitely closed for good.....So long Toys R Us....What a sin!!!

Its no new that this place is closing but, you could see it coming. I believe I shopped here for nostalgic reasons. Nobody cared or offered to assist during the holidays, in season, or out of season when it was slow. The sole exception was one younger manager who worked her tail off... unfortunately, she was often busy assisting irritated customers and trying to get her staff to help. Anyway, I dont know how long this location will stay around but Im here to post that anyone looking should give Pop Toy a visit in Naples. Pop Toy is ahead of the trends, super knowledgeable, and accommodating.

We loved going to toysrus to play with the toys. They are a little overpriced so you need to know your prices. Unfortunately they are closing all stores so it is an end of the childhood stores we used to know and love.

Love that its the old layout! My son had so much fun going to all the different sections instead of long eisles! Had the toys we were looking for, lots in stock, just not a lot of registers open but they did call for back up

They have a nice selection of toys. Store itself could use a face lift (exterior and interior). Staff have been helpful.

Came here on Sunday...store had boards on its windows and the parking lot was very wet. No staff anywhere to be seen. Other than that its a nice looking venue.

This is the worst Toys R Us that I have ever visited in my entire life. I used to try to shop here, but the place is a mess, and the service is even worse. Glad to see it is going out of business.Some stores are just horrible, and they never improve, regardless of the management turn-around. The only hope is that after they go out of business, something better will enter the Collier marketplace.

Its a good place to find toys you usually cant find in other places, however they are also at a higher cost them those other places. A stuffed animal i found on sale is the same price as the one at gamestop.Though now that theyre going out of business, I guess instead of running to the nearest one for a last minute board game or toy, youll have to hope walmart has it or order it online.

They have a great selection of Legos. Although, it shocks me that this store is still in business. My daughter does enjoy the store.

I called TRU about an item that was listed online as might be available in store, it was, they set it aside, had it in a half hour. Great service!

We have gift cards for ToysRus so we went to do some fun shopping. Employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Love coming here with my little one theres a really nice cashier who always seems upbeat .

What can I say, theyre going out of business. I guess its nice that total wine sounds like theyll have a more convinient location.

Was really looking for a hot wheels car I could not find anywhere called this store and they spent the time to look for it and set it aside for me. Staff was so friendly and the store was clean

OMG OMG OMG! I was so sad to here this place was closing. It will be missed.

Good store with plenty of options. Store is set up well but wheb trying to pick up package it was a bit confusing and took the staff awhile to bring package out from the back. Try to ship to your house if possible.

I went in the store in Naples, Florida to buy a basic Scrabble game and was appalled at how dirty it was. There was one checker and 10 people in line with full carts begging the checker to call another one. But another one never came. There was no manager in the store to ask questions the store was disorderly and I really didnt want to touch anything because it was so dirty. This is a far cry from the Toys R Us stores I knew from years ago, which used to be clean, friendly pleasant experiences. Even walking out the doors that were smeared and dirty- you could hardly see out through the glass - left a lasting impression that this chain of toy stores has really gone down hill. I never did find what I was looking for but was going to buy a different version. After seeing the line I put my game back and walked out without a purchase. Its no wonder the store is not doing well .

You never grow up in here. Fun, friendly staff.

Falsely advertised pricing on gaming products and refuse to honor sale price because ALL does not mean ALL. It means whatever they want to put as is and the service from staff was horrible. I was told to live w it and they would not honor their sale pricing

The owner is a crook and jacked up all the prices and made it look like there’s a discount and yes it is confirmed at this location will close by the End of April with Total Wine getting ready to renovate and to move into this location by the end of May 2018.
